For the people that have used it what do you thinik is the best chioce? I was looking into USPlabs Supercissus but is there other ones out there that you think work a little better? Or do they all do about the same thing? I have knee issues im still working on 6 months later and my wrist might have some torn or damage done to some ligiments and trying to get them all a little better. Im a walking injury and from what ive read this might help it out a little.

I'm obviously biased towards Applied Nutriceutical's Osteobolin-C. We use a 5% extract, which differs us from a vast majority of the current market who are using higher extracts. The higher % is not always the best in life, as in-depth refinement very well may refine out some of the positive effects of any product..... Cissus seems to be one of them. The inclusion of Vitamin-C is a necessity to potentiate repairs. Have a look over our technical and condensed writeups. The references there will go a long way in helping you further understand the Herb as well.

Have to agree that the Osteobolin-C is a great cissus product and have used it for a few months before trying out the SuperCissu Rx.

Osteobolin-C worked very well and reduced issues with my knee. But the SuperCissus seemed to ease the pain quicker and built strength back in my knee a little quicker too.

Either choice would be a good choice on any of these two products..... :)

Dont know about the other product but I can tell Super cissus RX has done wonders for my shoulder. This may sound strange.... but I can whipe my ass pain free!! :dump: Seriously though, I had a bad shoulder that has been getting worse since my late teens. Pitching, surfing, jiu jitsu have all made it worse. I thought my last resort would be surgery. Thanks to cissus Im almost 100%!!

honestly ive liked both...Our new product Incarnate has ba and cissus., I add a lil extra of whatever cissus pills I have too for extra joint protection. (I have a bottle of both AN and USP's!...both solid products)

I always go bulk if I can. I haven't used SC from USP, but I used their original with great results and moved to the bulk from NutraPlanet eventually for more economical higher dosing.

Thanks for the replys. The main thing is just my wrist I want fixed. I can deal with the knee but I cant get in the gym like I want to and its been over a month now. Still waiting on the MRI so not 100% sure if it is a torn ligament or the maniscus, could just be a really bad bruised bone but I dont think it is. Just trying to find the est product to help me out with that so I guess just deciding between the 2 here.

Looks like there's a concensus: Use each respective reps products! LOL

In all seriousness, any of them should work for you man.... if one doesn't, you know to switch the next time around.

USP Super Cissus RX. I swear by it others might work But I know this one does. My knees and back have never felt better(ex-Airborne).

If you choose the bulk, be sure to adjust dosage accordingly. You will also have to cap the bulk cissus.

Big BAMA What kind of back problems did you have that SC fixed? I crushed 4 vertibre and 2 years later still chronic pain from it. Wondering if it might help that also....like I said im a walking injury.

To change the topic for a sec. Crying emo i laugh my asss off everytime i see your name lol. Great stuff.

I just started taking the Osteobolinc from Applied Nutriceuticals at Psupplements.com, but I have not taken it enough to notice yet. But from what I have read, Cissus seems to be the real deal. I have my dad taking it also.

I tried the bulk cissus before moving on to SuperCissus. My shoulder and knee have never been better than with SuperCissus, and the reduced number of pills you have to take vs bulk is a big plus. The Super costs a bit more, but I feel it's effectivness and convenience are worth it.

Three a day, I fractured one of the vertebrae in about the middle of my back(bradley wreck) but I feel it at the top of my fanny. I could sit certain ways for long peroids of time in the same position, Like driving a long distance. And I couldn't lift heavy off the ground.

Super cissus rx 4 times a day. Joints have never felt better and Im more vascular as well. I wasnt as vascular when I did a white blood/green bulge stack.

I have Incarnate & reset ad on the way.

I'm a huge bulk cissus user. I don't cap it, I just use the tsp, put it under my tongue & gulp it down w/ some sort of juice. I even do it w/ just water sometimes too. The taste isn't half as bad as the bulk L-Lucine

Can you just mix it in water like creatine monohydrate?

This sounds interesting. I already ordered SS RX but would also like to try this. I'm in shoulder surgery avoidance mode and have been using hyperdrol but don't believe there's enough cissus in it.

I was using 2 00 caps upon waking, 3 00 caps pre workout, and 2 00 caps before bed.

I fit right about .666g in each 00 cap.

Hope that helps
