BCAA's, EAA's, EFA's and CLA.....Please Help!!

My mainstay supplement is whey protein. I also use a multivitamin. I have done 2 cycles of prohormones in the past, and am currently finishing an M1T cycle. I have used Creatine in the past, as well as fish oil caps. I take tribulus on occasion.

Having done some reading recently it seems I should be taking BCAA's, EAA's, EFA's and CLA.

I have no idea what to look for exactly though. If I am taking EAA's I don't need BCAA's b/c they are included yes? And for EFA's, what's best? Omega 3, Omega 6, flax, fish oil? Any of them? All of them? What about CLA? Is that really important?

As soon as this M1T cycle is done and I finish PCT, I am going to redesign my supplementation program. I want a streamlined and healthy regimend, and I am going to stay away from hormonal supplements for a little while (I have some M-Drol and M1T left so I will do them at a later date).

This may seem like a lot of questions so I am going to make it very simple :) I would very much appreciate if someone could finish off this list for me:

Whey.
MultiVitamin.

What do I add to that? And are there any recommended products that are cheap, can be bought in bulk, and maybe even have a few things included all in one?

Thanks very very much in advance.

What about these for BCAA's and EAA's Invalid Link Removed

EDIT: And these for EFA's (CLA and Omega's and flax all in one!!) Invalid Link Removed A but pricier though, and isn't that dosage kinda high??

It looks like the doage of CLA in Lipidex is kinda low, making it even more pricey than it is. What about this: Invalid Link Removed and then some fish oil caps from Costco or something?

Thanks.

90 servings per tub 1 scoop, i take 2 scoops, so 45 servings

xtend for my weight is 6 scoops (3 servings), now that's expensive!!!

anyone else?

yes, bcaas are expensive as are eaas and I am not totally sold on them either. i think bcaas are really only useful on a cut to assist in retaining muscle mass. I have used all the xtend flavors, a bunch of hte AI flavors and Wildberry lemonade ICE from Xteme formulations. IMO, Ice is the best, no sticky sweet after taste.

Watermellon xtend is tastey, but still pretty sweet as is the same with lemonade xtend. grape xtend tastes like cough syrup to me. The AI flavors are a little too mild imo.

EAAs include BCAAs, so you dont really need both.

As for fish oil, I read some study some time back that showed that the "best" caps were the store brands (costco, etc.) Now is a great company and cant knock any of their products, but the store brands are cheap and effective

Nope. they promote anabolism...So they are very effective on a bulk as well.

sorry, i should have said imo. i have seen the science behind it, but never personally experienced noticeable benefit from bcaas on a bulk

~21g of bcaas taken pre and durring lifting

And nothing huh?

Maybe divide the doses into 4-5 times a day, 15 minutes before meals.

I've done 10g 5x a day. Morning, Before lunch, pre, during, and before bed. I had steady weight and strength gains.

nope, nothing noticable. i have no problems gaining strength or mass if that is what my diet and training warrant, but the addition of extra bcaas alone did not provide any additional bonus, so to speak. maybe i will try breaking the dosing up more. thx.
