Any speculation as to why low-carbing is bad with this product?

And I second the notion about honesty

Not necessarily bad- just won't be as effective- but most supplements/aas are not very effective during low carb situations, either ;)

I think it has something to do with perceived exertion v. actual exertion, and excess glycogen utilization probably figures in as well...

To expound a little- using too much glycogen during a hard work out (RPM makes you push almost TOO hard sometimes) in an already depleted state- recipe for getting really beat down....

RPM is thermogenic as hell- so this effect may figure into it also...

Hmm very interesting. I'm considering using it with a carb cycling diet, so I will have high carb days on workout days when I use it, and lower carb days on off days.

AGREED!!! I bet you could dose it a little lower if you were on lower carbs but not sure!
