Leviathan Dosing

I know the maximum recommended dose is 2 pills, 2x a day.

Is this because of the perceived sides of going higher? Or is 2 pills 2x a day the maximal dosage for burning fat, as in, a higher dosage would stop being effective.


Thoughts?
 
I wouldn't go over 2 x 2 caps a day because of the high yohimbine content. I personally do not think going higher would be beneficial.
 
I am no expert...but I have read several studies illustrating the dosing of yohimbine hcl to be body weight dependent n that at doses up to 0.09 mg/lb have great effects on body composition with little to no side effects reported. Of course, u have to assess ur own tolerance, but PAL has commented on a couple of threads saying that a higher dose could be beneficial IF one assessed his tolerance n his body weight could take it. A couple of guys on here r running 5 caps per day n another is running 6...BUT EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT!

I would definitely make sure diet n training was in order then I would start n stay with the recommended dosing n work up to a higher dosing if u so desired.
 
well i been dosing 6 caps but i have tried 7-8-9 caps as well.

i liked 6 caps at 7 and 8 didnt noticed any diference from 6 but at 9 i was sweating like a pig and felt kind of weird
 
personally, i have been running 2x2 and it has been doing its job... i may up to 5-6ed in the summer with the increase in physical activity

@ 245lbs that says quite a bit... PAL has a great product here...

Just to be clear.. i dont think anyone from PAL has ever ENDORSED this for most people, but I have given sound advice for doing so bc i know most of you will do what you will, regardless of what the label says. I do NOT recommend more than 4 caps a day, unless you are over 220lbs. Even if, I would recommend sticking to 4 a day and cycling a higher dosage for a short period of time. Most people over 220 will not need a higer dose, but the option is available.

exactly....We do NOT recommend it at all. But like most things, and most supplements people will dose however they want. IF you do decide to up your dose, please be carefull.

Leviathan makes you 10x more productive at work. That's for sure.


I also feel aggressive as hell...and combine that with the PH aggression... and hopefully I don't hurt someone, lol.

haha..i know...im really efficient on Levi....take that aggression out on the weights!!!
 
i am 250lbs, 9% BF and on 2 pills a day i cant sleep all night long. And i take them at 10am. So this stuff is potent. When i try to take it again it will be 1 pill for a while

Fritzer... I dont think the Leviathan could be totally to blame.
The caffeine content is rather low at around 75mgs per capsule. At 10am, this is metabolized by mid afternoon.

While the yohimbine content is high, the halflife of yohimbine is very short at about 1-3 hours.

Perhaps there is another aspect to your diet or lifestyle that can be the culpret for the sleep disturbances?
 
nope, i kept everything the same except the leviathan. I was bouncing of the walls and didnt sleep a wink. Then the next day slept like a baby.

2 weeks later i tried 2 pills in the morning again and didnt sleep again. Even at night i was still having tons of energy. The next few days i went 1 a day and was fine

I think it just effects me a lot.

well yohimbine hits everyone differently! Id try 1 a day for a little while and then slowly work up
 
i added 200mg post workout today to the already 2x2, we'll see if i can sleep... maybe ill try some reset AD... :)

btw... i pulled raw 5 from the floor tonight :)
