strange "Cramping" feeling??

hey guys, i'm new to the forums and started taking JW yesterday, i noticed today that i have a slight cramping feeling near the lower left side of my abdomen, could this be attributed to the JW?? i'm also taking ON whey protein, and superpump 250. any thoughts fellas?

I got the same feeling a few years ago when taking Mag 10.

Not sure. I would get pains within 30 min. of taking Mag 10. I just stopped taking it.

k good news, i'm not exactly sure what the cramping was, but it has subisided and i've been feeling great ever since!
