You might start to "notice" a difference at about 2 weeks in. I use quotes because when I used it, it felt really gradual and didn't really feel that different until I stopped to think about it. But you should definitely notice yourself more aggresive at 2 weeks. Also, strength increases throughout the bottle.
Do yourself a favor and get two bottles. When you get into that second bottle, that's when it gets really good.
