there is a lot but you have to dig down and look for it.. pmgf will gain you about 10lbs of muscle and it will rip you up if you have low bodyfat already.. normal dosage is 200 to 250mcg twice a week for a month.. you will lose some of the size you gain unless you take some igf with it..
