I might use two belts...a normal like valero one to work up to 400 and then my inzer ratchet to max out.
 
BTW, Havoc is awesome...

I have such a huge increase in well being it is insanity. Energy is through the roof, weight has already gone up 2lbs...

I'm definately excited...
 
ya i ran 20/30/40/40 and felt it the whole way through. didnt want to have to stop when i finished as i was still making sick gains in the gym and on the scale and felt like a million bucks...... cant wait for next time! your in for a fun ride.

Still waiting on the IGF-1...kinda getting annoyed, but I know how these things are sometimes...

Well I'm envious of Decedone...his gym is pretty nice. I went and lifted there on Saturday...I was impressed. Kicks my gyms ass any day of the week.


Yeserday got 95lbs DB military for 6...and 585lbs shrugs for 4.

Strength is definately getting better.



I am getting pissed about the IGF-1 though...I know i probably shouldn't cuz it was the weekend, but what can ya do?

Supersoldier, think you an help me out?...


Umm, other than that, I was thinking about overlapping the last few days of havoc with the IGF-1, and maybe get a synergistic effect...

And I still haven't made my mind up about the dosing protocol...

Glad you were able to make it out on Saturday , you're welcome back anytime...I gotta admit I'm a little envious of the amount of weights you can throw around.

Yea, once the order gets sorted out, I'll start it day 1 of week 4...

I really can't explain why but I almost went hypo last night before I hit the sack. I got pretty light headed, my stomach was a little floaty...

I guess I realized that I should listen to my body when it's asking for sugar. The ****ty part was that I don't have any processed sugar at my place. I ended up having some 2& sharp chedder and some skim...then I woke up again a few hours later and had some almonds and some more skim.

But I woke up this morning and I was at 200lbs....I lost 6 frickin pounds!! I still feel a little werid this morning. I'm going to hit up the snack machine in the building and grab some kind of candy.

I don't get it, I just don't get it....
 
I felt weird all day. Kind of like i dropped a ton of water last night.

On the good side, I had a ridiculous leg workout today. 1080lbs leg press by for 5 in my 4th set.

All of my other lifts were better too. Ridiculous pumps. I guess dosing right before you lift is a good idea.

on another note, I got a random neck cramp while walking my dog when i got back form the gym...WEIRD!?!
 
The fact that my avatar features a mouth opened wide, with tongue sticking out, just adds icing on top of the gay joke cake.
 
So, I am getting horrible sleep. It's all my fault too. I keep staying up late. I wake up atleast once a night too. I've always gotten up during the night, but when youre only gettin5 or 6 hours of sleep, it sucks.

I can feel my muscle getting mad at me.

I promise I'll go to bed early tonight, as long as netflix doesn't send me another movie.

Speaking of netflix, anyone use it?

I just got Run Lola Run. Thats a good movie. You can read into it pretty well, in terms of what it is trying to say about fate and karma, and the movie was just pretty cool.
 
I sure as hell hope so...been talking to dust a bit...i haven't checked that e-mail address yet but i think it should be in the mail today.

anywho...I reconsituted my IGF-1 last night, and was about to load up 2 syringes to start today. but low and behold I fvcking had 5/16 slin pins.

Now that just pissed me off. What in the hell am I going to do with 5/16 pins?

Well as soon as the 1inch pins get here, I'll get that started.





Chad, hear back yet? Gonna move to my neck of the woods or what?
