That is what i have, 1,4-androstadiene-3,17-dione, you think M1,4ADD would be a better choice at the 70mg's per day?
My opinion is yes, M1,4-ADD is a better choice if your goal is to build lean muscle mass.
I base my opinion on the fact that M1,4-ADD (as a diol) converts to boldenone at a rate of approx 12% per mg of ingested PH once in the body. Some say 15%, but I am not willing to go that high b/c I've not seen a study to support that number. 1,4-AD (the dione version) converts to boldenone in the body at a rate of approx 5% per mg of ingested PH.
So, at the same mg amount the M1,4-ADD should produce almost 2.5 times the effect of 1,4-AD.
Example:
100 mg of M1,4-ADD converts to about 12 mg of boldenone
100 mg of 1,4-AD converts to about 5 mg of boldenone
Hence, M1,4-ADD is about 2.5 times more bioavailable in the same does as 1,4-AD.
Bottomline: you can use less mgs of M1,4-ADD per day and get the same effect as a lot more mgs of 1,4-AD. Using less mgs is almost always safer and should be the logical choice if the results are the same (other consideration held constant).
