My Epistane Log!

starting tomorrow im going to add raspberry ketones, and TTA....to help get rid of some fat, also will add 2-3 days cardio a week.
 
DAY 18

legs/bicep

squats- 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 205 x 10,10, 225 x 4
leg extension-170 x 10,10,10

bb curl- 115 x 10,10,6 dropset to 95 x 6
hammer strength curl- 100 x 6, 90 x 8,6
db curl- 50's x 12,10,8

BACK PUMPS. now i know what back pumps are. pretty painful today while squatting. i picked up some bulk taurine, but i dont really know the dosages yet but ill take like 2 grams before squat or back day from now on strength was up on curls. pumps were insane today....i weiged in at 195 this morning which is up like 12 lbs...tomorrow is chest day and im hoping for another nice jump in strength.
 
ill start taking 1-2 grams 2-3 times a day then.......im debating on weather or not i should train chest today, b/c my tris are still sore from 2 days ago. and theirs a weird pain way at the back of my tricep like by my armpit that feels kinda bruised.
 
CHEST WORKOUT

flat bench- 265 x 4, 245 x 6
flat db bench- 100's x 6, 90's x 8
incline db bench- 85's x 8,7,6
incline bench- 185 x 7,5, 135 x 10(very slow)


i decided to just go and do chest today with sore tris....weights were up a couple reps, i think it would have been better if i waited until tomorrow. also i got horrible sleep the last 2 days, since startign the respberry ketones, and tta. i was told these are nonstimulatory but im not going to take them after 6 or 7 anymore

You need to take the taurine everyday at try to take 5 to 6 grams everyday. Make sure you drink a ton of water while doing so. Assume those back pumps are your kidneys until science proves otherwise.
 
another weird side affect that ive had for a few days is that when i have sex, i cum before i orgasm which has never happened to me before,i dont know why thats happening but its weird.....also my libido is bit lower then normal now, and i can see some shutdown
 
BACK WORKOUT

wide grip pullups- 9,6,4
db rows- 75 x 12,12,12
wide grip hammer pulldowns- 185 x 10,8,7
reverse db flys- 50's x 10,9,8


my gym was closed today for easter, so i went to neighborhood gym with some machines, and db's up to 75.
pumps are crazy, especially in the forearms.
 
DAY 24

havent updated in a few days....i had a bicep workout yesterday that went well....i havent been feeling to well lately. over the last few days libido has shot down do almost nothing.....ive been having horrible insomnia for the last 3 days and maybe got an hour of sleep 2 days ago...last night i was just in my bed with my eyes closed for a couple hours awake the whole time...got out of bed a few times to get food......i cut the cals down a bit over the last week, and im getting some nice recomp effects though....also my neck has been bothering me but only in the early afternoon like 1-3 o'clock....weird....im still trying to figure out weather i should add the zol in and go for 3 weeks and probably down the epi to 30 mg's.....or just stop at 4 weeks
 
DAY 30


been gone for a few days...i went to california....so far im up 18 lbs, i have defineatley gained some fat...i drank 2 nights on my vacation and ate probably only 3-4 times a day...2 the last day...horrible sleep over the last week

i had a workout at muscle beach which was fun.....i was weak as sh1t though..i was going to do chest but could only get 275 once so i did shoulders instead....ive also been on mega-zol for a few days now taking 200 mg's a day.......does anyone think theres a benifet from taking 150 mg then 200 then 250 every week or just 200 for 3 weeks?
 
DAY 30

DAY 30's workout

bb curls- 135 x 12,12. 95 x 12,10
db curls- 45's x 6. 35's x 10
db hammer curls- 50's x 12,12


for the dumbell hammer curls i started with that weight then went to 40's and 30's with no break for 6-8 reps each. pumps were great again



DAY 31

flat bench- 275 x 4, 225 x 6
incline db bench- 100's x 5,4
flat db bench- 100's x 6,5
incline db bench- 85's x 8,7
hammerstrength chest press- 230 x 4, 200 x 7
incline db bench- 90's x 6,6


workout was simply amazing.....strength was down to 275 for 1 a few days ago and i got 4 today...i finally got regular meals again...and some sleep....had a few veins ive never had before today, and people were telling me i look bigger, just like the scale is. i started taking 3 stim x caps with 6 mg of yohimbine in the mornign for some more fatloss and energy...feeling great and waiting for the stims and mega zol to kick in. tomorrow is back day.
 
Day 32

deadlifts- 135 x 6, 225 x 4, 315 x 4, 335 x 4, 365 x 3, 385 x 2, 405 x 1.
bb rows- 225 x 11, 235 x 8,6,5, 225 x 6 dropset to 135 x 8 with a pause at the top.


short and simple.....deadlifts were up like 50 lbs today.....rows were also way stronger.....never pulled so much in my life....not to much volume but ill probably just hit back again without the deads in a couple days. also on a side note....veins.........only have like 3 or 4 visable veins at most ever, and now i have like 8. im sweating all day long i dont think its from the zol though...prob the stim x and yohimbine....i wanna get my bp checked because it feels high on the stims
 
DAY 44

havent updated in a while but not to much to report actually...after about 30 days i decided to drop some fat over the next 20 days or so, been cutting with 40 mg epi and 200 mg zol a day. no real strength gains to report but i have lost some fat, im looking a bit leaner and harder. i got a few days left of the cycle and ill do a final review....i started at about 182-183 lbs and am currently at about 193-194..so about 11 lbs gained so far with less body fat...i think my gyno on the right side shrunk a small amount, nothing significant or noticable.
 
I am confused about epistane. Is the product an anti estrogen? or is it a pro steroid? I have been reading a lot and am confused.
