Iron's Hyperdrol X-2 log...

What, you can't scroll back to the first post....haha...


1. 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup rolled oats
2. 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 banana
3. 9 oz. tuna (1.5 can), 1 cup rolled oats
4. 3 scoops whey, 1 apple (I like gala and granny smith)
5. 8-10oz chicken breast, 1 cup steamed veggies
6. 1 scoop casein w/ 10oz skim milk, 1oz almonds, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese.
 
I'm thinkign of moving it to 8 or 10 whites and 2 yolks....plus 1.5 cups of oats in meal 1...

and then adding something to meal 4...I don't know waht I can put in there thats easily transportable...I usually eat that in the car on the way to the gym....

try that (and the other changes you mentioned) for a few days and see where you are!

also, ever think about getting some BCAAs? like Xtend? drinking them pre/during/post workout?
 
Quick Update...Day 17...

Weight is at 202.8...I dont get it.

Asthetically I am very pleased at the moment...My legs were looking almost as good as they ever have, yesterday...

Libido is starting to go a bit nuts...But I am currently in hibernation in that department so it makes sense...2 weeks is a long damn time...

Acne is really starting to subside now...

I am definately getting stronger...



As far as my diet goes, I went with adding 2 whites and 1 yolk to my meal 1 and then 2 rice cakes and somewhere between 1 to 2 tsps of natural pb in meal 4...

Oh and dammit, does anyone know where havoc is in stock?!?
 
I was toying with the idea in my head...I'm getting a nice sense of well being while on HDx2...

I'm sure you guys have dealt with higher dosing in your intial testing...what sides did you find increased? And were any benefits from the upped dosage?
 
you are our first testing, so if you want to try it and be a guinea pig, go ahead.............

You guys actually got it even BEFORE any of the reps! i am anxious to jump on it.......
 
Nice results, I logged H-1 and felt much of the way you feel, curious about the higher dose too?!!?

I wrote those guys to see if they really had it or not...and still haven't heard back...but i found a nice guy willing to part with one...

Just in case anyone is bored...

Weight is 203.2...adding cals to your diet is fun.

HDx2 is still giving me good strength gains in the gym. Muscle bodies are feeling nice and a little bigger then without, always a good thing.

As I've noted, the feeling of well being is a great side effect...I'm loving it. I think I am going to increase the dose to 5/day and see what happens...
 
I wanted to give a brief update, post gym today...my vascularity is getting amazing...

I had a great pump while doing curls today, my arms filled out a normally loose fitting t-shirt and i could see veins through the shirt...pretty damn cool if you ask me.
 
Hey Pumping just dropping by to see how the log is going!! Everything looks good man, how do you feel recovery is have it increased at all?

Recovery is great. I have been working out harder then normal and barely feel sore, if at all.

I have slightly pulled something in my lower back though so I will be taking it easy on wednesday, in regards to my lower back...

And I am dosing at 5/day now. I already think this was a good idea. I feel fuller today. I love feeling fuller. It's quite close to feeling pumped up all day long...
 
4 was cool. This is most definately an effective product. But I like 5 better...

My workout yesterday was great. Things seem a bit lighter still...endurance in the gym is getting better, slowly.

Overall I am very pleased, to say the least.

The two biggest negatives are a bit more aggression, this can taken both ways, and more acne...
 
I think the aggression started when I was like 5 or 6 years old...

As for the increased aggression, it started in the first week. A definate sign that this stuff works. Elevated testosterone production always does this...to me at least.

With the 5, it is seeming a little more prevelant...remind me in a few days and I'll give a better update...

I'll probably remember anways.

this HDX2 is the real deal! glad i made the choice to add it to my PCT, n i was gonna suggest the PB to your meal too but they got that for ya....

i love the stuff. you dont eat any speg. noodles though??? other then that id have to say our diets are pretty danm identical! my wifey hates it though cause i alwayws eat the same thing and she wants to eat somethin diff LOL
 
I've actually been eating turkey chili and brown rice for dinner the past 3 days for meal 5...

Back to Chicken and veggies tomorrow...
 
HDx2 and Mfx seems like an amazing combo...mace needs to hook that up for my post contest post cycle therapy in November...

Heres a quick update...

My puppy is sick, just in case anyone cares...haha

And I'm heading into NYC, well right outside in Flushing for the Braves/Mets game tomorrow, so eating right is going to be hard, but I will try my best...

And I might cheat a bit tonight as well...but we will see.

I should be back on Sunday and Monday to sum this log up and get some final pics and stats (weight and lifts) up...
