I had a really simple cost-savings idea, and was wondering if it had crossed the minds of any of the Molecular Nutrition staff:

Why is X-factor sold only in softgels, and not as a liquid? I would imagine that softgels contribute a good percentage of the cost, and I would think that bypassing this would result in a great cost-savings.

b/c AA is a very foul tasting substance and believe me when I say nobody wants to take this in liquid form.

This I can believe, but at dosages in 250mg increments, I would imagine that it could be diluted in other (non-omega-3) oils and/or flavoring to mask or lighten the taste. Sure, there's hidden costs in diluting/masking the oil, but I can't imagine that this would be nearly as much as soft-gelling it up.

I've eaten some pretty harsh-tasting, pure chemicals in my day, and I can't imagine anything that tastes intolerable.

Next time you run X-Factor (if you choose to do so) open up a softgel and see how it goes ;)

Would be interesting to see which "harsh-tasting, pure chemical" that you're talking about if you wouldn't mind elaborating.
 
Here's some of the grosser things I've ingested: CEE, Raloxifene, Tamoxifen, Clomid, fish oil, pussy juice
 
Nothing compares to a bad trip down south. I still have nightmares.

I see your point. I would like to see it happen too, but it was attempted a few times to incorporate AA into a powdered volumizer, but the taste was so bad, it was impossible to mask the taste.

I see your point. I just figured if dillution/flavor masking can be done with things like Cod Liver oil, the idea of similar application had to be running through great minds over at MN. I'm glad to hear you guys have made attempts.
