Suggest alternative treatment

Hello,

Please suggest which alternative treatment is most effective for asthma. I have been suffering from asthma for past 4 years. I would like to try these alternative ways just to see if they are indeed effective.

I believe this but what do you guys credit for the paradoxical effect on allergies given that I thought the niacin creates a histimine increase? I don't know enough about biochem to know what I'm talking about but for allergies one typically will take an anti-histimine not a histimine.

Ideas?

(P.S. - hoping I get the same result as you as far as allergy reduction is concerned, when my Poseidon arrives probably today.)
