AP and CKD

Yes, just take it with carb meals.

Okay, I understand in the CKD you reduce the number of carbs and I was just wondering if this will cause the AP not to work well. I am trying to cut with just a calorie reduction and lots of cardio, but it doesn't seem to be working. I have lost hardly any weight. I believe carbs might be my problem and i want to reduce them. Any help or other info would be much appreciated!

I'm interested in this as well.

I'm currently carb cycling:

200g: high days
125g: med days
60-75g: low days

I was thinking of not taking AP (if I ordered it) on my low days. I honestly don't think the effects of AP will lose effect if I don't clean out the bottle in 30 days :P

I've used AP on a low carb diet and it worked well for me. I only consumed small amounts of low GI fruits and vegetables. If I felt a bit too hypoglycemic I'd eat an apple. It usually did the trick.

I switched to this protocol and it really shines for fat loss. Impressed myself!
