Hey everyone, had an MRI on my left elbow today and pretty much it looked like nothing was torn, but I did have strain to my tendon im assuming. What can help out with that. As of now im taking Gluc/Chron, Fish Oil (Omega 3,6) and doing the "RICE" method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Any other ideas on a quick recovery so I can go back to being an animal in the gym? :head: :twisted:
