My custom super meal replacement shake

it consists of

milk
1 scoop finely ground oatmael
1 scoop protein (fast or slow or mixed depending on situation)
1 tbls olive extra virgin olive oil
1 serving creatine

I got all of my macronutriets right there in the highest quality forms. cant beat it, at least i think. does anyone else have a shake that they make?
 
mine is quite similar.

1 scoop of oats
2 scoops protein powder
skim milk
1 whole banana
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp. natty pb.
 
two eggs? what does that do to the taste?

Normally I use 1/2 cup oatmeal, skim milk, 2 tbsp PB, a scoop of protein. Somtimes some ice or sub that for frozen berries for a nice cold treat.
 
the eggs are more to suspend the oats so they dont sink to the bottom...gives it consistency.
 
Heres my quick breakfast shake:

1 scoop Protein (GF Pro)
1 cup liquid eggwhites (eggwhites int.)
1 cup of slow oats
1 scoop fruit/veg powder(anti-ox of 13 servings)
1 serving of Poseidon
2 cups of water

Also, heres my choice if I need a thick and awesome tasting shake:(It has way too much fat and isnt the best choice in the world, but it tastes as good as a milkshake and you get complex carbs, protein, and way less sugar)

3 scoops of MuscleMilk(orange cream)
2 cups of Skim Milk
1 serving of CarbSmart Vanilla Icecream(tastes like whipcream)
3 tblsp's of SuperCarb
1 cup crushed ice
 
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 whole egg one egg white
1 scoop ON whey
1 tbls of natty pb
16 oz of milk

SLAM IT!... I found I react better to more whole foods to gain mass rather than powders... I'll still take two scoops after every work out for fast dilivery.
 
Here is my post workout shake:

1 scoop Vanilla Whey
20oz Skim Milk
3 scoops Orange Gatorade Powder
5 grams Creatine

It taste great!

Pre-Bed shake:

1 scoop Banana Muscle Milk
1 cup Low Carb Yogurt (strawberry)
12 oz. Skim Milk
Ice

Taste just like a strawberry/banana milk shake.
