this was a very good workout for me. its early in the cycle to be feeling this much of a strength increse but so be it. i still haven`t done any MAX tests yet. im guessing that 145`s for 2 would be in reach by day 16 or so. as for flat bench i`m still not touching it all the much. maybe a mid range lbs to burn myself out at the end of a workout.
 
That's some crazy strength gains from the Tren, i did the 600mg on my current cut, i'll try it again when bulking to see the effects on strength. I just had some nasty insomnia, an two nasty outburts, lol I can deal.
 
Are you only doing 10 sets for your chest and tri's workout, or is this just highlights?

only the highlights. i do cable flys and those rope push downs things, military press ( standing and seated) db flys, close grip flat bench, delt raises, and some other stuff i cant think of right now.

2. what would you say my bb flat bench max would be at this point?

as for you DB BB question i cant come close to guessing what your max will be but as long as your form is even ok on bb then it will be considerably more then what your combined DB press is... at least thats as far as ive experienced. use a spotter.

i just had 47 pixie sticks and then bb flat benched 595lbs for 12!!!!!!!!!

i dont even feel like posting about my workout today. if you read my gen chat thread you know why.
everything was up today. only thing that was a highlight was a 495 rack pull for 1. I really dont like rack pulls. did hammer curls with 70`s for 6 each arm and DB rows 145x10
 
i grind up diamonds and put it in my Tren. that way when i get good pumps my vains twinkle! thats the most BALLA $HIT EVER!!!!!!!

anyways i had that back workout the other day and then i did chest the next day and it sucked because i had done deadlifts. im going to do chest again tomorrow so ill post up my max lifts. im up to 256lbs now. almost none of my shirts fit anymore. :(

on a side note, my blood sugar feels very low most of the time. i have a almost painful back pump all most all day and no sex drive at all. but i knew that one was coming.

hmm i should actually be gettin my bulk taurine tomorrow!..... lol.

the only other choice is a muscle relaxer if your not workin or somethin.... when i have killer ones that keep me from sleepin i take an 800mg ib and half a 10mg tab of cyclobenzapriine (non narcotic muscle relaxer, but knocks me the F out)

other wise you just gotta live with it....
