Powerful with food

Does taking Powerful with food (or rather just NOT on a empty stomach) diminish it's effects at all?

Yes..take it 1 hour and 15 minutes after eating morning meal, 30 minutes before a workout, and before bed.
 
Yes me too! I usually take one when I wake up 30 minutes before I have breakfast.. then like 30 minutes before supper if I'm lucky then before bed.. I never have an empty stomach..

I have a hard time finding a time to take it on an empty stomach so I am gonna try just taking a huge dose all at once before bed. Maybe I will try another dose right after I wake up. It seems to work the best on a COMPLETLY empty stomach. I can definitely tell a difference even if its been a full hour since I ate. Right after you wake up in the morning is good and 4 hours after you last meal of the day.

Yes I understand. What I was trying to convey though was that even if I wait a full hours after eating I can tell a difference in the way I react to Powerful. I react better when my stomach is completely empty, like 4 hours after my last meal, or right after I wake. What I mean by I can tell a difference is in the way that I feel. I get a feeling of well being after I take powerful which I love!. The feeling is just much more intense when I haven't eaten in several hours, which isn't often. I think it may work better if it is taken the way I suggested to take it. Once before bed aproximately 3-4 hours after your last meal, and first thing when you wake up in the morning. I'm not saying my recommendations are better than yours, its just an observation on my point and the way I feel I can get the most out of the product.
