lose weight while on AP?

i am currently 5'5, 225 pounds with about 35 percent body fat i want to get to at least 180 pounds. im wondering if i can lose that much weight while taking AP. the reason i ask is because i have read that alot of people gain weight while taking AP. i have also read that people lose weight. should i lose more weight before starting AP?
 
I always thought your diet would be the biggest factor ;) AP is great for cutting because you'll get the most out of your carbs and keep stable blood sugar levels :)

When people understand this AP will be the best supplement for fat loss they EVER used. Why? Because as Iron stated you become super efficient at using carbohydrates in muscle tissue. This efficiency will allow you to keep the same intensity in the gym while dieting. You are dieting without dieting.
 
Losing fat was the main reason I bought 4 bottles of AP.

I can't wait to finish PCT so I can put it to use....very excited!

I like his approach to using AP.

I communicated with you several times via pms, so I just figured I'd let ya know that my fiance's grandmother (86yearold lady with shoulder problems) is now using supercissus at 3 caps per day and I will post the full results when the bottle is almost done. My training partner(62 year old) used the regular cissus for a while and just recently ran out. His joints are now bothering him badly and he's practically begging me to get him some more, so Ill be grabbing some super cissus when the bank account allows it. I've have now been on AP since I beta-tested the YG and Im absoutely addicted. Its really hard for me to go low-carb now, because I really have no fear of gaining fat(of course with clean carbs). Im currently going around 250gs of carbs on workout days and less than 100 on nonworkout days to recomp and YG makes this a breeze. Also, I will be carbcycling for the 12 weeks preceding my beach trip(basically treating it like a contest prep) and AP will be stacked with Thyrotabs, Powerfull, MassFx, Xfactor and the new stimulantX for the last 6 weeks. Thats a very large # of supps, but I only do this type of cycle once or twice per year when Im really dropping my bf%. Im looking forward to trying out TNA if the budget allows as well. I never feel bad about buying from USPlabs, because you guys have never let me down before, so theres no fear of getting a bs product. I have been taking AP since it came out and I have dropped 55 pounds (from 340 to 285) without really dieting. I have been doing cardio about 3 days a week and have stopped lifting for power and strength and more for endurance and pumps. I have also been taking Stimulant-X and cAmphibolic. I never feel like I am hungry or depleted. I will be using AP for life.
 
Ive been using AP for close to a month now and am actually up about 10 pounds. get this though, Ive dropped 3 inches off my waist. The only thing I've been using is sesathin and fishoils (8/day) Ive never Recomped like this before on any product, I'm totally stoked ! I just got 5 bottles of dcp I'll be stacking with this and I cant wait ! I have my wife using AP also and she is starting to slim down in her midsection. It took her a little while longer to show results than me though, because she is boderline diabetic. Bottom line, get a few bottles and use it per directions. Dont get discouarged if you dont see immediate results as you are probally insulin desensitized. Good luck !

Exactly, if AP were a chick, I'd tear it a new one :D People need to be ware of how this helps physiologically and how it benefits you both cutting and bulking. Sort of like the folks who say you can't bulk on Anavar because it's popular for cutting.
 
I'm trying to cut, and I'm eating around 250g carbs a day, every day. I'm at the gym 7 days a week but only do weightlifting about 4 times a week. Should I stay at 250g carbs a day or cut down when I'm not lifting. I started taking it in feburary at 18% body fat and have kept the same weight but I'm now at about 13.5% body fat. I know the next couple of % numbers are gonna be really hard, so I'm thinking of cutting down on the carbs a little bit but I'm not sure if I should (or want to:)) What do you guys think?
 
Evo, to cut another 2-3% I'd just drop down to a ~700 calorie deficit and keep carbs at 250, as long as it isn't interfering with your ability to get 1g/lb protein. You'll be burning more fat at a deeper deficit and the high carb intake (still shuttled away from fat by AP) will keep your leptin levels up which will help prevent your metabolism from slowing and definitely retain muscle.

5'8, 177 pounds, about 13.5-14% bodyfat. My goals are to get to 10% by june, and then I'm gonna run a clean bulk and put some weight on, but right now I'm trying to get to 10% or below. I usually go to the gym 7 days a week, weightlift+40minutes of cardio on lift days, abs and an hour of cardio on non lift days. This is my second month on AP and PF.
 
Sorry for bumping this but I'm dying to get to 10% so I'm kinda desperate on info

Reduce carbs to 150grams and divided evenly with the 3 AP dosages.

-Dose 1 powerFULL 1 hour after first meal
-Dose 2 30 minutes before training
-Dose 1 before bed

Sorry I don't mean to threadjack, but you wouldn't happen to have before & after pics for that would you? A 4.5% BF drop without any weight loss is impressive! How long were you on AP when you went from 18->13.5% BF?
 
i ordered 2 bottles to start with. i was curious as to how much protien should be eaten with each meal. and what type of workouts should be done to get lean. i want to avoid bulking up im trying to get lean and eventually bulk up.

Depends on how many meals you are eating. Diet is paramount to getting lean as opposed to the type of workouts.
 
3 meals a day with a snack in between each meal.


In that case you want at least 40 grams with each meal and 20 or more with the snacks. You want to make sure to get at least a gram for every pound of bodyweight. Some recommend 1.5 time bodyweight or more.

As always diet is the key, if you get your diet inline then the addition of AP will make a dramatic difference then just diet alone. You may find your bodyweight goes up but your actual bodyfat will be going down. So to answer your question ya you can use AP to help you shed the unwanted fat, will AP alone get you there? No, no supplement will, best move you could make would be hire a professional to write you up a diet. Then stack in the AP for greater effect.
