So I went over to the "darkside" as some people like to say today. I wasn't nervous at all about the injection, but I thought by time i had the test in the syringe i would then get nervous, but that didn't happen. I felt a little jittery afterwards, probably more b/c of a little "rush" i had, because i've been waiting so long to do this.
So the needle went in smooth, but man 2CC's of test E sure take a while with a 25g needle, or maybe it just seemed like forever because i was expecting it to go much faster. 4 hours later and my quad is a little sore when i raise my leg up where my knee is at waste level, but other than that it's all good.
Here is something you can laugh at me for. When I first stuck the needle in and aspirated I noticed the top of the needle where it connects with the syringe was an orangish/red color. I thought to myself, that doesn't look like blood, but better safe than sorry I thought. I then pulled out and put on a new needle and realized that where the needle connects with the syringe is an orangish color, so all of that was for nothing.
I do have a quick question on aspriating. You just pull the plunger back just a tad and see if blood is in the needle right? What happens if blood gets into the syringe? Do you throw it all out, just squirt out the blood, or just inject with the blood in there (thats after you pull out and change the needle of course).
I can't wait for my next injection...Also the placebo effect was nice, I had a great workout which obviously had nothing to do with the test E I just shot.
