I ordered the new Peaches and Cream flavor back on March 3 and haven't heard a thing. This will be my last order.

PM me. What is your name, your order #? I don't recall hearing from you via email, PM or on our 800#. I can't help you if you don't let me know. Call me and resolve your issue, or you can just post here on AM and not resolve your issue like dynomite.

I beg and plead with people to just contact me and 19 times out of 20 I can resolve an issue to your satisfaction, but for some reason some people don't want a resolution they just want to rant here.

I've said it many times before....HELP ME TO HELP YOU!
 
matt the point is that when people order something they should not even half to think about it until it is at their doorstep. Nobody wants to have to continue to follow up on there order just to make sure they actually get it.

I can tell you are a hard worker man but your company needs some reform.

I know where you are coming from. What I can tell you is that I will always be here for AM members and do all I can to help them. On top of that I can tell you and everyone that shipping issues are not as common as you think. Case in point....as of this moment there are only invoices from Thursday and Friday that have not been shipped yet, those are all set to go out Monday and Tuesday. As far as customer service during regular business hours, there is reform going on as we speak, that dept. is getting some new help and there have been new systems put in place that should improve things greatly. :woohoo:

BTW - There are also a few cool new products coming out that I'll post about soon.
