Dbol/Test Cycle

1-7 dbol 20mg ed
1-20 test enan 600mg/wk
1-20 tren enan 200mg/wk
21-22 proviron 50mg ed
11-20 hcg 500iu/wk
14-18 post cycle therapy(b6,toremifene)

29yrs old, 7yrs training, 4 cycles, 13 months clean, 5'9" 205lbs 14%
Cycle Starting April 1st
 
what are you using for PCT?

why is the title dbol/test/tren/proviron? Im thinking thats what you were going to run...Why not a few more weeks on test?

cycle experience:

1-4 dbol 30mg ED
1-10 test enan 500mg/wk

1-3 sd 20mg ed
1-6 test prop 125mg EOD

1-10 test enan 500mg/wk
1-10 eq 400mg/wk

1-10 test enan 500mg/wk
1-10 deca 400mg/wk

You are right that seems a little short, but my gains really slow down at 5 weeks I have noticed....and well this is all the gear I have...I only have enough test for either 900mg/wk for 6.7 weeks or 750mg/wk for 8 weeks..or 600mg for 10 wks...and well dbol I still might run it at 30mg ED for 5 weeks..but can't decide yet...i have 100 caps at 10mg each....regarding PCT I am going to be using a standard protocol of clomid/nolva (possibly aromasin instead)
 
O/T, out of those 4 cycles which did you gain or like the most?

And again, are you using tren and proviron or was that a plan of the past?

long story..but yea the tren and proviron is a thing of the past...no need for it right now....the only cycles I loved were the dbol/test and the test/eq cycles.....since I have been clean for over 13 months this should be an easy cycle to gain on!

yeah i agree. its real tempting to cycle often but its better i think if you can gain natural, refresh your receptors, and make really nice gains when you go on again.
 
ok the long story was that my package of tren enan and proviron was lost in the mail..and well its going to arrive now! so I will be running the tren for sure...
 
started the cycle today....I am training 3 times a week....I do have a new baby to take care of with my wife, but my training is lots of sets....

7xstanding dumbbell curls
7xprecher curls
7xrope pressdown
7xvbar pressdown
Wednesday:
7xflat benchpress
7xflyes
7xupright rows
7xside lateral raises
Friday:
5xleg extension
5x leg curls
5x squats
10xcalf raise

why the less sets with legs? looks like a K.I.S.S routine schedule hope it works out great.
 
actually, where are the back exercises? remember a well developed/defined back is pretty impressive, at least to me it is.

Yeah it really is a KISS routine, since I am just an avid bodybuilder and NOT a competitor, I do what works best for me.....this truly has worked for the past year since I have been off of gear....and I intend to keep doing what works best for my body....
