I took my first dose of Posiedon about 5 minutes ago and my friggin ears are on fire! Man this stuff acts fast! Look forward to seeing what this stuff does over the next month. I am only going to be using 3 doses per day at this point but if it is as good as everyone else claims I'll have to buy more the next time around and hit the 6x per day dosages. I'll keep you guys updated on what it does for me.

Looking forward to hearing your results! ;)

He said he liked it, although he said the flush was almost a bit too much for him. I'm so bad, I should have forwarned him! He said he would be buying soon.

Be sure he's drinking Poseidon with at least 10 oz of water per scoop. This will make the flush a bit easier to handle. More water = less intense flush. ;)

Awesome, make sure he does what workin said and he'll enjoy it even more. Also, be sure to tell him that the longer he takes the flushes will diminish a lot.

I am strange but I love the flush. This morning before cardio I took 2 servings in around 10oz of water and my head was on fire! I love the way it feels.

2 servings in 10 oz water will do it! If you want less, which I don't think you do, the rule of thumb is about 10 oz water for every serving.

Very impressive video! Now that's a gym

I was lucky the door was closed on the one arm snatch with 135lbs. If it had been open I'd been chasing the barbell out into the yard!

Must be nice to have a home gym!. You lucky bastard!

I bought the main stuff when I was a kid long ago. The rack, weights and bench were purchased after alot of saving. Back then it took weeks and weeks to get stuff like this. It came on freight and I had to make special arrangements to get it. All the other little stuff I have slowly added over the past 9 years or so since I got out of the Corps. Its definately nice for me because if I didn't have it there would be no lifting for me as there is no gyms within 60 miles of me. It gets a bit rough in the winter with the cold breeze blowing through the barn and hot as hell in the summer with mosquitoes, fleas, and dog pecker gnats eating you alive!
