Creatine gluconate

I mean their other reasoning was that CEE splits into creatine and ethyl alcohol, but I am not sure if the ethyl alcohol is in high enough amounts to have a negative effect, it is yet to be seen.

In reference to negative effects due to the presence of ethanol, tests have previously indicated (CEE patent app.) that the ester bond does indeed seperate prior to entrance into the cell. The remaining ethanol is then eliminated from the body.... (or so they say)

A large, 5 gram serving of CEE only contains about 1.47 grams of ethyl alcohol. A single c0cktail made with 40 proof liquor contains about 16.8 grams.

Well, from what I have heard, I think that what is left instead of alcohol(CEE) is glucose(gluconate), so I don't think you should count that, as the alcohol is far worse than glucose, and this pathway makes the creatine a lot more easy to absorb. But the big question is water retention IMO.

Yes, but this is just compairing CEE and CG. What about creatine malate and citrate? Out of the 4 C-malate is the most efficient in terms of water solubility and effects

ive been trying creatine gluconate for probably 1-2 weeks now. Nothing crazy to report. I havnt seen a differnce using it, then again I really havnt felt much differnce using creatine

Ok My Creatine Cluconate ran out. on about 2 months and yesss i had gotten stronger. Ive eben takign 1.5- 4 grams daily after training.

Well i dont have the $$ but i do have Good old ast-ss micronized creatine. Im goign to take 5 grams postraining. I will compare these two and tell you any effects i notice, even if they are subtle. Ive bee in this game long enough that my mind can pick out small differences.

Agreed, I have used gluconate twice now and got stomach upset both times :(.

Me too. It took awhile to figure out exactly what was going on though, but I started dropping supps one by one and it turns out the bulk CG was doing it. Bloated the hell out of me as well. I'm starting to debate many bulk powders and starting to believe you get what you pay for. I always wonder what i'm really getting with bulk stuff. Hell, just look at what these manufacturers have done to companies like bioscience where they don't even put what's supposed to be in the product in it. You never know what your getting and just like coke dealers, i'm sure bulk powders can be cut with all kinds of ****.

does anybody has good ol' scientific research behind creatine gluconate effectiveness? and the recommended daily dosage?

anyway i think CEE is ok..no bloat with it but don't feel like my strength has gone thru the roof. maybe all these mths of takin CEE without a break has blunt the effectiveness? but i don't get bloat or kidney problem with any of the creatines i hav tried (di-creatine malate, creatine mono, CEE)

Whoa, there. I'm sure you could just hold stock in CEE and be an outright liar...

But I don't know, so I wouldn't say that. I trust my source for CG more than I'd trust some established supplement companies. Do you honestly think 'my source' could afford to be caught selling corn starch or something with actual negative consequences, and the subsequent lawsuit?

Think before you spout off. And no, I have nothing to do with any supplement co.

I wasn't saying as though i think its happening. I'm just simply putting it out there that its very possible. And i'm also not saying its on the retail end, but overseas where this stuff is coming from. And i'm also not just talking about CG, but any product for that matter sold in bulk.

Fair enough. One more question: you've never had a supplement from an established company upset your stomach?

I have; Ready4War, cAMPHIBOLIC, and Clout are the most recent (not much upsets my stomach).

Nothing in bulk, by contrast, has ever upset my stomach.

I think you just misunderstood my post to begin with. I'm just simply saying that bulk powders have in instances shown to be not what they are supposed to be. Not saying this can't happen with name brand products, but for example.. I do not think that usp cissus and some bulk cissus are nearly as good.

Ever had Thai food, thai style hot? And ever had the burning ****s in the morning? cAMPHIBOLIC made my sphincter burn. No kidding. I still finished the bottle, but wouldn't buy again.

OUCH...:smite:

LOL. Only when I went off it did I realize how much it had been suppressing my appetite. Pretty effective.

Obviously not NP's fault, but see what i mean by bulk powders...

Creatine Mono seems to work for me just as well as CEE, Creatine Gluconate.

Ive tryed Cee for a few months

I tryed gluconate for about two months

How does this taste in bulk form? Be honest.
