I used MRI's NO2 when it was first released about 5 years ago. I have used other Nitric Oxide products but compared to the effects of MRI's product.

I wouldn't recommend either. especially the CE2, not a good creatine. I took it and gained exactly nothing. Spend your money on food instead for real gains

I'm just wondering...have you been talking to anybody that works for GNC? They really like to push the MRI stuff, because MRI pays them comissions. If you are deadset on a "pump" product, you should try one of the pre-workout drinks (IMO). Salespeople would love for you to think that NO2 (by MRI) or NANOX9 (by Muscletech) give you better pumps than NO-Xplode or Nitrix (both by BSN); because MRI and Muscletech pay them like 4 to 6 bucks per bottle they sell, while BSN doesn't pay anything. The reason why I'm responding to your MRI questions yet again isn't because I hate MRI or GNC (even though I do, lol). I just don't want you to get suckered out of your money like I did at your age.

Also, in response to your other question, I don't think that Arginine AKG (the active ingredient in NO2) has ever been shown to increase strength in test subjects.

Hey guys thank you for all your help. Me and my friend were gonna go spend like $300 on a few months of this stuff, but i wanted to make sure. Thankz for saving me the $$. What creatine or NO do u recomond?

I use just a straight micronized creatine monohydrate and for what it is worth....I have used the Nitrix and NanoX9 and I actually prefer the NanoX9 over the Nitrix (but that is just me). I know some guys who like a product from vyotech nutritionals called Nitrbolic (it's basically NO-xplode with Glutamine in it).

Use Xpand by Dymatize! That is an awsome creatine in my opinion. It is stimulant free, so you don't have a vaso dialator (Arginine) with a vaso constrictor(Caffeine) It has your b- vitamins, glutamine, citrulline etc. etc. etc. I love all of their flavors except Cherry Limeade... disgusting!! Fruit punch is the best tasting by far.
