Not to mention that it makes 4-5 hours of sleep feel like 8 hours of sleep because of the induced REM sleep!

I have not slept without if for over a year. I do go a couple of weeks or couple of days here and there without any supplements ,but when I restart its like I never stopped.

The price to benefit is CHEAP!
 
I do pre-breakfast morning cardio, what would the dosing be?

What about nite-time dose and would it interfere with pre-bed dose of Powerfull?

1 tablespoon is the dose needed. If you take powerFULL cut the dose in half.

Pre cardio 1 tablespoon first thing in the morning and those doing pre workout cardio, I suggest a forskolin based product with a good dose of green tea!
 
What is this stuff? where's it come from? could and elite 18yo female athlete take it and/or Powerful for strenght and speed training? now she's using C2, CLA and will start creatine shortly.

I'd say it would be fine for a 18 yr old girl - but I'm not sure I'm qualified to say that.
 
I had been thinking about this for awhile now. I know awhile back you were talking about the benefits of this i.e....hgh release and REM inducement. Def curious about this...i have been surprised that you havent been pimping it more...been almost a month sense ive seen a post in the Genera Supplements forum. Does anybody else have any feedback on this? Would like to know what some other people besides USP reps think (not that i dont trust you!! would just like to hear some others experience with it.)
 
OK, found it... it's one of the ingredients in Powerful. i like everything about it for a female athlete except the the increase in test. if it increases her natural production that would be very slight as females produce very little to begin with, so worrying about sides from it actually might not be a problem????

Puresap is the part of PowerFULL responsible for that side of things, 1-c is the part responsible for HGH.

I dont eat before mornning cardio, i just do it on an empty stomach....unless you have something better...:head:

There is a whole synergy there and I am working on a supplement so I did not release all the goodies but the above is killer with every compound having an exact purpose.

Really not that much once you consider how many ingredients are in NOexplode and other bucket formulas. The above has a huge synergy of purposes.

You can alwasy start with one compound and slowly add in the others.

Before I workout, I have:

2 cups Oatmeal
40g whey in nonfat milk (Sustain)

I train at night between 7-9PM..

Just curious, but how did you come to 8g of Leucine? Am I overlooking some info from a study somewhere that showed this to be an effective dosage?
