Citruvol and Cordygen5

 here, let me re-word my 'assertion' for you:

;)
roll your eyes and wink all you want bro...anything to protect your ego.

prld2gr8ns - apparently you've done something i never could: win an argument with a girlfriend. i heard that it was possible, but i didnt think i'd ever meet anyone who'd done it :)

Great discussion, now back on topic, Citruvol and Cordygen5 :)

Sorry for the distraction lawnboy, but hey it just goes to show that you learn more at am then just muscle science:D .

same_old I never said I actually won, it just helps to avoid or lessen the sting of the ass whooping you usually get. Now back to the cordy concept.

Yes this company and the CordyGen5 look very interesting. All of their products seem to very cutting edge. The ingredients are all top notch and the dosages are smart. No expense was spared for profit margins it seem...

Checking out some samples right now...

Glad to hear you got some samples...keep us posted on what you think. :)

Alpine, so what did you think of the samples?

I'm actually taking a full bottle of Cordygen5 right now. I plan to post a general review once its gone.

You really need to be taking them consistently every day for about 5-6 days to start judging it accurately.

Same here :)

I am solely using it for preworkout purposes...keep us posted on your feedback.

Yes, that is correct! I am still using Citruvol and Cordygen5 solely as a preworkout supplement; taking it about 45 mins before hitting the gym.

Yeah I am going to get a bottle of cordygen5. But I am still undecidied on the citruvol. I have bulk citrulline malate.

I was thinking the same thing, but the other ingredients in Citruvol make the difference.

I stole a sample from my co-worker yesterday, and I got a sample from Millennium.

I tried the Punch flavor. It's kinda nasty. Energy was pretty intense, kinda like 2-2.5 scoops of No-Xplode. I didn't workout on it, so no comment there.

I talked to Matt at Millennium. He said the new Warrior Melon tastes WAY better (that's the sample I have not tried yet), and that 2 flavors will soon be available stim-free.

I tried my two samples of Cordygen 5. Both times during my indoor soccer game. I am currently taking a break from lifting. Maybe it was the placebo effect but I'm beleive it works. I seemed to have increased endurance and a easier time breathing during the course of the game. I plan to buy a bottle or two. In my opinion worth looking into.

poison and Lawnboy,

I currently take bulk citrulline malate before, during and after soccer games. Could I replace the bulk c.m. with citruvol (for soccer not workout)? I see no problem but thought I would run it past you. Think there would be a "pump" issue due to being an n.o. potentiator? I have not noticed anything negative "pump-wise" with the bulk c.m. when used during soccer. But Citruvol's ingredients look like a perfect match for my situation, as does Cordygen 5's. 95% sure I am going to buy them. Still like to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

I don't think it'll be an issue, glsa.

Thanks. I am going to give them a try. I am going to return to the gym soon and will use these on workout days. But I am mainly interested in there effect on ATP/VO2, oxygen and overall endurance for soccer. Getting older. I will take any help I can.

Good to hear! :woohoo:

Finally got around to getting a review up.

I figured now was a good time since MST is associated with AM. I had been procrastinating throwing it together. I was impressed though.

Nice!

BTW, I've tried two alternate sources of cordyceps, including CS4, and they don't hold a candle to C5.

Think you mean MST right? Great News!

:clap2:
