as someone that has used almost every kind "major supp" in the market., including 95% of the prohormones(from 1-ad to havoc),eca(when it was legal), dicana, thyrotabs, size on, no shotgun(loved it), novadex xt, junle warfare(loved it),h-bloker,md6(very similar to adipo) redline, and a couple dozen more, i must say that as i am about to finish my second bottle of AP(I love how there is always way more than 90 caps) at 5-6 caps per day that anabolic pump simply out preforms everything on the list

I was about 183 when i started and within a month and a half hit 203 pounds. yes i was on havoc(my receptors are worn out) previously but my weight was barley budging up until week 3.5(when i added in the dcp) and my weight began to inrcrease with a diret correlation to when i began anabolic pump( i am very intuned with my body and aam sure the weight gain was not from the havoc). I did combine this with dcp which makes the weight gain even more impressive. I have now begun to decrease my calories and within a week have gotten down to 188.2. the tta in dp does have a major dieuretic action after stoppage. what is even more amazing
is i am MUCH more cut and seperated at 188 then i was at 182, the difference isn't even disputable.

I have visited this site for over three years and have been a member for a decent amount of time to(i prefer to listen, rather then speak) however a feel it is important to give credit when it is due in this industry

I am expecting to hit a sub 32(i am holding a massive amount of water from tta in dcp) inch waist and my arms are approahing 17.5-18 inches, while knowhere near a pro i am not A beginner by any means. I have gone from 159(shredded under 28 inch waist) to 203 in under 3 years. and before i was 159 i was VERY overweight(dont like to think about it, past is the past) I am very good at gauginc changes in my body

weeks 2-5 ap+dcp(a supp to prevent fat gain)and calorie surplus-weight 203

weeks 6-8 ap+fat burner major caloric restriction , weight 181

dont let the weight fluctiotions be deceptive I look entirely different(much bigger and leaner) then when i started. The muscle gain on this produt are rediculos

bodyweight means next to nothing people have won the olympia at under 200 pounds

by the way welcome to the board, this is the only place i post on it is the highest quality bb measage board(the people here treat eahother with respect)

Body fat is the best measure of change IMO. In this fassion you can track LBM and Fat accurately. Did you have this charted at all?

In other words, what was your body fat percentage; bf%.?

Also, thank you for the welcome, I am a member at several boards. Read lots, post few.
 
sounds good keep up the good work. I agree AP is by far one of the best supps I"ve ever taken. THe fact that it works so well and doesn't suppress HPTA is a godsend.
 
i see you take more than the recommended dosage... can anyone from usp labs comment on the safety of an extra cap or 2 per daY?
 
I was at one point very overweight. my insulin sensitivity is next to nil. I also eat very large meals(burn alot of calories from doing manual labor) unfortunatley from a physiological standpoint one you go fat you never go back. i really doubt your average person would
need it at the dose i take it, but for me this has been sucessfull. I
have gone from being obese to 159 with a 28 inch waist and 15 inch arms, to a couple years later 185-190 and my arms are closing in on 18 inches with a 32 inch waist(done all this in about 3 years). I am very intuned with what my body needs
 
So did you still take 1 pill each time, multiple times per day, or 2 pills each time, multiple times per day?

How far apart did you space your dosings?

It's not so much a safety issue but more of an efficiency issue imo, 2 caps not being efficient dosing for most people compared to 1 cap.

so a higher dose is not a lot better, but how about more dosses? like taking 1 cap 4X day? is that ok?
 
on a seperate note i measured my arm before and after a workout. they went from mid 17's to about 18 and a quarter, now thats what i call a pump!(wish it would stay like that)
 
shape up. I dont measure bodyfat . I think that everything other then actual fat biobsy post mordum is unaccurate. there is just to many varienes that can occur.

let me give you an intresting example.

while fat cells are mostly hydrophobic they are not one hundred percent so. there can be large varianes from person to person.
the fat. as fat cells fill(individually) they lose more and more perfcentage of water content. post-obese people often have this situation.

as you probably know water and fat do not have the same density.density is a major requirement for the measuremnt of bodyfat. if the volume to weight ratio of fat cells vary from person to person, even flutuates during the time of day due to hanges in hydration, we begin to see the flaws in measuring ones bodyat.

Once we die we eventually dehydrate and and all that is left is dry weight, and unfortunatley corpses care very little about how they look in under armour.
 
I'm not sure who or why anyone suggested that other than it's their personal preference and/or they felt it would best suit the persons needs. It's not suggested for the majority.

its actually on the label as the directions...


"On workout days: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily fifteen minutes before carbohydrate containing meals preferably with morning pre and post workout meals."
 
ill take your advice... id rather spread it throughout the day than concentrate it in one period anyway, thanks.

so whats your advice? i currently started taking only 1 pill a day 30 mins before lunch. an 30 before dinner when i know its carb full.

more often than not its just one pill a day. i barely have any carbs in the morning. a small peice of bread and a couple of shakes from 9am to 12pm.

also will your advice change with the new AP formula?

My advice tends to be - 1 cap around 0800/1300/1800 15 minutes before a CHO meal.

For you, if you want to stick to no CHO in the morning - do what you are currently but dose 15 minutes before the meal instead of 30. Personally I think you would do better to have some CHO (30g at least) in the morning so you can take AP before breakfast but it's upto you.
 
I'm thinking about stacking Anabolic Pump, (1-androsterone and 4AD) both from American Muscle Science and Methyl-E from EST can i get some feedback on this please.

I think ill stick to this for as long as the fatloss is going strong and im not loosing much muscle.

no CHO in the morning seems to be working great for me, so im sticking to this, untill my next cycle ill add back more AP with the carbs

if this lasts 6 hours then why is it recommended to take one cap before both pre and post workout meals, since both meals will fall within that time frame?

The effect are most pronounced within the first hour but it's still has an effect that is tapered off over 6 hours.
 
I heard anabolic pump is good, but I don't know too much about it. I'm going to read more on the forums, but maybe I can get some quick help here. I'm a little overweight and am starting to get serious about bulking. Will AP help me lose fat, too? What should I expect?

I know of course diet is hugely important but what kind of diet works best with AP?

Why bulk when you are overweight? One step at a time.

hi, new to this site and living in the philippines. i just need a bit of advise. is it okay for me - female, 38, 105 lbs, 5'2 TO use anabolic pump to grow lean and build muscle ? and do i have to combine this with any other supplement for better results ? thanks
