In search of black diamonds and yellow gold

This will be a log(somewhat) of my two favorite supps of all time. yellow gold(ap with hydroxyl actually) and black diamonds(that is the nickname i will leave it to you guys to figure out what supp i am talking about)

to me these combined represent the ultimate body comp stack(leagal or otherwise)

I will keep everyone updated every few days. I am not much of a "logger" so i will be more descriptive than detailed. I am losely following usp labs dietary protocol and am confident i will get my desired result. I am aprox 190(5'8) and am expecting to hit 175 with visiable abs and intercoastals. I hope to keep my arms above the 17 inch mark(not that they are a prioroty but simply as a refrence.

no but i did run that with ap last time ( dcp would be much better if it had an appetite supressant) this is my favorite version/ brand of the most effient and time tested fat loss supp. people that have dieted down no there is nothing better otc(with this said the answer should be more obvious) the nick name refers to the shape and color of the tabs
 
4 days in i can confidently say, for fat loss this stack completely blows dcp/ap out of the water. I have gone from the high 180's(near 190) to about 181.5 in 4 days. this is not pure water loss either, it is without doubt that their is a clearly visible reduction in my waist from one day to the next my delts have begun to separate to the point where i don't need to flex them. The muscle building affect of ap is absolutely ridiculous. when i started ap i was about 183, i then used 1.5 bottles to get to 203(the weird part is i got to this weight while using dcp) I then
decided to cut my weight back down to see the difference the ap was making. I am near the same weight as i was when i started, but my body looks completely different. to be at my current leanness before starting ap i would have to gone down to
170 yet i, with the help of ap and "black diamonds" am at 181.5

also just to note i have used the same scale the whole time and weigh myself a couple times a day and my weight has very little fluctuation from morning to night
 
also anyone figure out what supp i mean when i say "black diamonds" cause im not going to just give the answer away
 
question for usp labs. how anti-catabolic do you beleive the symmetry added to ap to be. I am talking purely in the sense of preservation of skelatal muscle from a scientific standpoint, taking out factors of glycogen and such, as they are transient. would it be enough to make a difference in the face of a severe caloric deficit say 1200-1500 cal a day
 
To say the least. Not something I would recommend to anybody, but if you ain't had a grabber yet then, well......

I have been off the aderal for a while now. I just finished up a cycle of 150 mg ehcl/6 basic cuts(spread out of course). It just didn't work like it used to. Its like I got no energy at all from it. I didn't want to dose any higher than what I was at though, so I just finished up the Ehcl that I had and that was that. What is a grabber by the way?

Well the amount used is to reduce cortisol so we can prime the enviroment for glucose uptake. In a catabolic enviroment, fat cells are anabolic but block cortisol and muscle cells become glucose vaccums.

The amount used is effective for the purpose of glucose uptake but low enouph to use over a period of time.
 
weight is now at 179 greatly increased separation in abs delts and bi's sine my last update. arms just slightly bigger now inch wise then when i was at 203!!!

my mobility in hips and shoulders is also reatly improving on a weekly basis
 
weighed in at 174 this morning if i had to guess i am down between 1 to 2 pant sizes. had a pair of pants from a couple years ago that i couldnt even button before and they are slightly loose on me now
 
i may stack this with oxyguno next, seeing as how i am becoming lean to the point were a potent cutting hormone may become extremely useful
