One month of AP almost done.....

Well, I have an interesting question(s) that I would like to pose heading into me 2nd month of AP.

Let me give you a little background.

Start of Month #1:

I weighed in at 280lbs. I would guess that I was around 22-25% body fat. That was the last time I checked on an NCAA and OSAA certified body fat scale.

I know! What a LARD! Please save the flaming, I do enough of that on my own (that was a tongue in ckeek joke at myself). I actully have a very positive mental perspective about myself right now.

So, here I now sit at the end of month one of Ap and about 2 months of "losing weight". I weight 268lbs. currently. I have been stacking AP with Venom HD (one in the morning and one at night - no problems what so ever). Plus I only take the venom M-F. I can't get on that same scale for another week (until state wrestling is over). Usually when I "cut: I lose at least 20lbs in 2 months. Right now I'm at 12lbs. In a way I believe the AP has allowed me to put on muscle at the same time. However, I really want to make a hard cut through spring break.

As big as I am, should I think about uping the doses of AP?

I am planning on adding DCp and maybe CL's Sesaglow.

I'm following a modified Body for life eating plan and my own weight and cardio workouts (modified P/RR/S and HIIT).

Any thoughts on AP dosage and other supps would be great.

4 caps would be fine for you and most definitely you've put on some muscle.
 
At what weight do you recommend a person uses 4 caps of AP rather than 3?

Personally i don't think you need more than 3 unless your 250lb+ but you can till experiment with a 4th dose. I'm around the 265lbs mark right now and started using 4 cap at 280lbs.
