Thank you Anabolic Xtreme for this opportunity to review the ultimate NHA stack. Or so we'll see ;). Got my shippment in last week and I actually started the two supps on the first of January. Been lifting for about 7 years now. Intense for the past 3-4 years. Certified as a PT with ACE and AAFA. Ive gone from a flat 170lbs to a solid 204 lbs where I am at today. I have never really done an all out dirty bulk but like to add lean mass slowly. Looking to get to hopefully a leanER 210 by the end of this cycle but a LeanER 200 would be awesome as well.

Training
DC-Style which I have been on for only two weeks but love it so far. I have been on a high volume style, one BP a day with a week rest routine for too long. I have really hit a platuea with it and needed a change. Came across Doggcrapp and fell in love with it after tons of reading. Hope it will take me to new hieghts.

I'm doing the mon/wed/fri (Day1/Day2/Day1) split

Cardio is done about 2-3 times per week. I will post specific exercises and weights as they come along.

Nutrition
I will be eating about 3200-3500 cals per day with a 40/40/20 split of macronutrients. Off days I will focus more on protein a little and less carbs, but not too much. I will take in majority of carbs from whole grain low GI sources along with protein from lean meats, shakes, milk, and eggs. Eating about 6 meals daily; 3 from whole foods and 3 from shakes I make with oats/whey usually.

Day 1 Jan 1.

Today marked the begining of a New Year, an new workout week, and a new NHA cycle. I went ahead and started the dosing out straight with 4 caps Mass fx and 3 caps Hyperdrol. Hope this was ok AX. Nothing to really report as of yet obviuosly, its only Day 1.

Workout (Day 2 split)

Biceps
BB Curls 95 x 15rp

Forearms
BB wrist curls: 70x15rp

Calves:
LegPress ext: 15 x 6plates (10 sec stretch holds)

Hams:
Sumo Leg press: 5 plates/side x 15rp

Extreme stretching followed each BP.

Warmup sets were done of course followed by the above working sets. I am still trying to figure out my specific working weights for this new DC style of triaining so over the next few weeks my weights will most likely be going up. I am also going to try an upload an excell chart of my workouts where I keep my log and specific weights.

Day 2 Jan 2.

Today was an off day. Slept in till about 11 cause I had off from work again. Man its been an awesome 4 day weekend. No work. Got to spend quality time with my wife ;) . Went to a sweet New Years party, and started HyperMass. Doesn't get any better huh?

Nutrition
Diet was pretty good. I just need to really focus on pounding down the extra protein and watching the fat intake. Thats the reason I added a little layer to my "eightpack". Been eating everything in site to get past 200lbs including burgers, pizza and with the holidays, sweets! Its time to get serious now. I really am determined to be a ripped 200-210lbs. This has been my goal for the longest time. I finally got the weight on but now its time to add more LBM while chipping away the fat.

Thoughts
Good thing is I'm kinda of an ecto/meso so my metabolism is pretty high. All I really need to do is eat clean and not even worry about reducing cal intake too much. This tapered with some cardio and HyperMass and I will be on my way. Again nothing really new to report. Dosing has been the same.
 
Day 3 Jan 3

Today I can kinda feel the stuff kicking in. Energy levels were up with out that much caffeine. Had some coffee in the morning mut was really focused and on top of it the whole day. Got a lot of work done today.

I didn't have be straps to do deadlifts today which kinda made me mad. I had to substitute in Rows but next time will probably be rack deads. Also I was in a hurry through out the work. Only had about 45min cause we had dinner plans to get to. This kinda cut my rest times short so my strength suffered a bit. I did notice I had more aggression than usual today. Did not take in any caffeine prior to lifting but was really pumped up. Legs and calves were still hurting today from Mon workout.
 
Day 4 Jan. 4

Off Day today

Took the day off today. Felt the soreness from yesterday and my calves are still sore from mon workout. Can't wait to hit the gym on fri and bomb my legs on the leg press. Diet was pretty good today, but I ran out of meat in my house and was not able to go grocery shopping. Was sipping down shakes though. Will definetly pick up some chicken tomorrow along with some lean ground beef and make up for today.

Comments
I did feel more aggressive today especially on the road driving. Sex drive is definetly up though which I am taking is from the increase in Free-Test going on. This is a god sign that something is woking. No increase in Acne though which I usually experience with test boosters, but I know these aren't normal "test boosters". This is a good thing. Muslce fullness is about the same. I will post any weight changes probably this weekend.

Again, Friday I will be hitting the gym and doing my Day 2 routine. Will post the results then. :thumbsup:

Went to the gym yesterday and I did my day 2 split. Workout went awesome. Felt a little stronger on ever exercise. Nothing to major but the weights did feel lighter and I added a little on everything.

Today was an off day. Ate pretty clean these last few days so I am feeling and looking slightly leaner which is a plus. Weight is holding constant at about 203 which is good. Nothing else to really report. Hope this stuff starts to really kick in in the coming week. Really liking the feeling of the increased "man-drive" taking place. :D
 
Day 7-9

Sunday was an off day. Didn't really do anything all day. Church, sleep, etc. Thats what Sundays are all about though right? Best day of the week IMO. I did go to the Suns game with 4th row seats which rocked. Diet kinda sucked. Been cheating alot lately and kinda noticing the effects.

Monday my diet was alot better. Hit the gym up in the evening just before the BCS Championship which was a depressing loss. :angry: Who in the world was playing in Ohio's jersey, cause it wasn't them. Game was one-sided the whole time. Unbelievable!

Anyway, my workout went like this:

BB Incline Press 235x13RP
HS Shoulder Presses 2plates x 16RP
Close-grip Bench Presses 185x15RP
Lat pull 210 x 15 RP
Bent over row 185 x 15RP

Warmup sets done of course.

I kinda zoomed through it which I did not like. I like to rest a little longer between bodyparts and also didn't have time for extreme stretching. I am feeling it today though in the chest and back. The weights seemed a little lighter again and I am going to bump them up next week. Today I am really considering going to hike Camelback mountain. For those of you out of state, its about a 1.2 mile rigorous hike. Awesome cardio. I really am going to eat as clean as possible and restrict calories a bit for the remainder of the log. I want to get cut up as I may start modeling with this agency in LA. I'll keep ya guys up to date.

Comments on Stack

Feeling overall good. Strength seems to slightly improve. Muscle are fuller looking/feeling today than the last couple weeks. I think its starting to really kick in more. Dosage is the same. Sex-drive is definelty up :D . Hope to maintain.gain as much LBM as possible with my mini cut.

Sorry guys for the delayed update. Anyway the other day I worked out legs/bis and it was intense. Went up 10 lbs on squats for 6 reps and the widowmaker I added 2 reps to that baby. Also added 10 pounds to preacher curls. Wow did it take everything out of me. Libido has been through the roof :D this past week. Kinda crazy!

One good thing is that even though I'm on a lower calorie diet my muscles are still feeling full and hard. Strength is slowly rising and workouts are intense. Really liking this stack so far. Absolutley no side effects. No acne, lethargy, cramps, etc. I feel the best is yet to come. I will take my weight hopefully tomorrow morning. Again I am hoping to maintain as much as I can while getting cut. In other words: Recomposition!

Tonight I willl hit up upperbody again. Benching will take place tonight so it will be a good indicator of how my strength is going. I will try and post the workouts tonight. Started writing everything down which I have never done before so its a step forward.

Nutrition

Basic Layout this past week:

6am: 2 scoops whey, big bowl of whole grain cereal
9am: 6oz tuna with lemon, 2 whole wheat waffles or raviolis. cup of milk
12pm: shake with oats or KFC (only skinless breast with mash potatoes)
3pm: preworkout: shake
Post workout: (Dinner) 4 Homemade chicken breast fajitas with corn tortillas. mmmgood.
Prebed: Chicken breast or 2 scoops whey

Really trying to watch the fat intake and limit the carbs at night especially prebed. Noticing a difference thus far. More lean and more definition.

I wish I could get one arm in A&F or Hollister. Even AX is getting hard to fit these days. Express is the only one I can fit and it has to be XXL. The price of being of being on Team ANABOLIC XTREME!!!
 
Thanks guys. Yea I actually can not fit in abercrombie anymore. Sucks really. I have to buy XXL and then the waist is to baggy while the chest barely fits. They're all tapering to little skinny guys who wish they can be big so they created "muscle" shirts. :lol: Pants are still good though.

Day 13-14 Weekend

Weekend went great. Was able to get a lot of rest in but now its time to get back to work. This is gonna be a busy week. School is starting back up tomorrow. Got a full schedule with a full time job. Going to be a little hectic but hey, I'm young and I got the Alpha Drive of MassFX and Hyperdrol :thumbsup: .

Anyway frisdays workout went like this since I didn't get a chance to post it:

BB Bench: 275x13 RP
Upright rows: 115x15 RP
Tricep push downs on lat pull: 115x17 RP
Cable rows: 225x15 RP
Rack Deadlift: 315x7 335x4

I was definetly able to notice the decrease in carbs that day. Energy levels were down a bit in the gym especially toward the end of the workout. It went really well, but I should have been able to get more on deads.

Nothing else new to report. Overall I'm feeling real good. Weight is about the same which is actually good since I'm cutting. Normally I would drop alot of weight real easy, some being glycogen and mucle, but I don't see or feel any muscle loss. I really believe there's some recomp taking place. I will hit up the gym tonight as well as a god cardio session.

FYI
Last couple nights here in AZ were some of the coldest nights since 1990. got down to like 24 degrees in some areas here in the valley which is unheard of in the Valley of the Sun. Only in the mountains, but not in the valley. Wow it was cold! :blink:

I'm from Ohio, so i can't sympathize too much! sorry!

For your energy levels, try to take atleast 1 dose about 30 minutes before the gym. you are on low carbs, you might want to try two about 30 minutes before the gym! it will def help. Take them with your pre-workout meal or shake.
 
I am with Mace 24 degrees is nothing as sometimes that is the high for the day!!! As for your totals they will go back up once your body ges used to lower carbs.

Day 15-16

So far I am loving this stack. I have been cutting calories for the past week and normally I would drop like 2-3 pounds and hate myself for losing muscle and strength. But this is not the case. Weighed myself this morning and I'm actually up a pound or so. Looking leaner but muscles are nice and full. Strength is slowly climbing and I got a desire to workout all day.

Yeaterday I did lower body and it went like this:

DB curls: 55 X 14 RP (+5lbs)
Reverse curls: 65 x 12 SS
Calves on legpress: 8 plates x 20 RP
Sumo Leg Press: 12 plates x 21 RP (+3-4reps)
Hack Squat: 335 x 7 and 225 x 17 (+20lbs)

Workout was pretty good. I don't like my Hack machine that much as it puts weird prssure on the knees. I may need to find a different quad exercise to overload the legs on.

Comments:
Diet has been really good last few days. Cutting a little more carbs and will probably load up in a couple days. No side effects at all. I am really loving this stack so far. I defiently want to run this while bulking. It kinda sucks that I needed to cut down a bit now but I have been gaining a little too much fat for my taste. I like to maintain around 8% BF year round. I guess I should leave out burgers and pizza in my next bulk :pinch:

Going to the gym tonight and will probably just get in some abs and some cardio.

Day 17-18

Well i went to the gym yesterday and decided to do some Chest/tris only. Wanna get a feel for how the Stack works with a little higher volume. Workout went as follows:

Chest:
Incline db: 80x12 95x9 105x6 85x7
Flat bench: 225x6x3sets
Pec dec: 190x10 180x10 180x10

Triceps:
Cable pushDwns: 200x8 190x10 180x10
Overhead ext. machine: 110x10x3sets

Didn't have that much time. Workout lasted under an hour as I was late for some dinner plans. Overall very good workout. Strength was very good despite the cutting diet. Afterwards in the locker room I looked SICK in the mirror with the pump and the lighting. Very defined and more shredded than I have in the last few months.

Comments:

Libido is still sky high! No sides to report at all. Overall feeling realy good. Constantly awaiting the evening to get here so I can hit the gym! Thats a good bodybuilding mentality to have I guess. Muscles are still looking nice and full which would not be the case on a lowER calorie diet for me. Energy would normally be lower in the gym as well as strength which makes me HATE cutting, but this is definetly not the case. Really enjoying the healthy/clean eating and the results that I am seeing.

Tonight I will do some Back and Biceps along with some abs and cardio probably.

Days 19-21

Ok guys so nothing really exciting happened over the weekend. Nice relaxing days, and SNOW in scottsdale, az! That never happens. Was pretty sweet. Never thought I'd be throwing a snowball in the middle of the DESERT! :eek:

Ha Ha anyways I worked shoulders/calves on firday which went awesome. Don't have the workout written down but all I can say was that my strength was really good concerning the reduction in cals, and energy was intense. Sweat like crazy too.

This whole weekend I did a lower carb diet but today I'm doing a loading day. Going to take in a high amount of low GI carbs to allow my muscles to fill up again with glycogen. I have to take photo tomorrow at my agency for a job I might get in LA, so I need to look full/ripped. Do not want to be flat.

Side effects:
I don't think that this was related to the stack but on sat evening I got really sick and threw up. Started with a head ache and half hour later I got nauseous and threw up. Afterwards I felt alot better though. Thought it was the flu but the next day I was perfectly fine. Could have been something I ate I guess.

Chest/Abs/Cardio/Sauna tonight!

Days 22-25

Workout

Awesome leg workout yesterday. Decided to do a little higher volume and weights were higher than ever. Knocked out 295x5 ATG squats, 16 plates on leg press for 8 reps and some good leg curls. These were just the main lifts. I pyramided up on all of the exercises though.

I only have about 5 days left on the stack. I am very pleased witht the results thus far. I will be posting final measurements and pics at the end of the log with my final review so stay tuned for that. As of late though I have been experienceing extremely deep sleeping paterns even while taking afternoon naps, which is odd. I have also been having very vivid realistic dreams which is out of the ordinary. Must have somehting to do with the hifh test levels? No other sides to report though. Feeling over all very good. Mentally and physically.


Going to the gym in about an hour and going to hit up some back/tris/abs so I will post that probably tomorrow. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

Nutrition

Going well. Clean eating except for a couple cheat meals a week. Calories= aprox: 2700 or so.

Yea but Ive had a couple "Bad dreams" and those I wish didn't seem so real. I wake up thinking "Man I'm glad that was just a dream". On the other hand the good dreams ARE pretty cool.

The Much Delayed/Anticipated Final Review!!!

First off I want to apologize for the long delay. I did finish my cycle right on time (Jan. 30) and there were just the right amount of pills i nthe bottle, so props to AX there for not skimping ;). As far as the stack goes I will rate it on the following observations: Strength, Size, Endurance, BF, and Overall recomp.

Strength:

I definetly noticed a good chang here. The other day I deadlifted 405lbs which is a PR for me and before taking this stack my max lift had been 375. So thats a 30 lbs increase there which I am ver pleased there. Also, despite the fact that I had reduced some calories, I managed to keep and even gain strength in every exercise.

Size:

I was trying to cut up a bit during this stack so my calorie intake was a bit lower than normal. Again despite the fact of this, my overall size did not suffer. I was feeling nice and full everyday and my weight stayed right around the same #'s throughout the cycle, so I guess you can say I added a bit of muscle while losing fat simultaneously, which is what I was hoping for.

Endurance:

My Energy and stamina in the gym was about the same. I did not feel any lethargy from this which is a plus, but not a big boost in energy output either. So pretty much nuetral here.

Bodyfat:

I did notice that I have been more lean overall from the start of the cycle. Now I was not as strict as a pre-contest cut, don't get me wrong. I simply lowered my cals a bit and tried to eat as clean as possible, reducing number of cheat meals and what not. I would say I lost a half percent to a percent at most. I was still not as strict as I would have liked.

Overall:

I am very pleased with this stack. My libido took a nice boost as well from this and I am very surprised at how I was able to maintain and even gain in the gym with a lower calorie diet which I have dreaded in the past. I always fear muscle loss, but not on this stack. There was no loss what so ever. I would definetly love to give this stack another go in the futute. Right now I have to get back on creatine and just started a triaining/nutrition program with Scivation so I am sure they will have some of there own supp recomendations for me. I will probably also be hopping back on Ebol here soon.

AX I want to thank you guys a ton for allowing me to use one of the best NHA stacks I have ever used. I will be using this on a bulk in the future and making the most out of it. I could have easily packed on 7lbs of weight had I been eating more no doubt. Over all I give it a 9/10 for non-steroidal supps.

NO muscle loss
Muscle gain
Fat Loss

I recomend MassFX/Hyperdrol to anyone looking for a safe supp stack to pack on mass and strength.
