The new version of PowerFull should be out soon, with a higher dose per cap so you won't have to takin so many caps anymore. Till it's out i suggest you try check the board sponsers sites for the old formula.

Honestly, I keep reading about an improved formula and I am just surprised. Surprised b/c the first one worked so well for me as my sleep vastly improved and so did my performance.
