Looks good only if you plan on gaining some LBM while dropping some fat. Otherwise you might be disappointed. :D

I got home today from my first day of final student teaching and threw back an AP then waited about 10 min. and chowed down oats, raisins, honey, and my MP, and one cAMP. Off to the gym to do chest/tris.-what can I say fellas, I have done t-bol/anavar, (8weeks) finished that a week ago and gained good size, strength, and 12 pounds, yet no workout compared to the one I had today. Incredible muscle fullness was the most remarkable element to my training. It was the best muscle pump feeling ever! I was strong with good endurance. I think I can best say it by stating "I didn't want to leave the stinkin gym." :dl:

Also, I was going to go ahead and start a formal log for the generous coupon offer (I don't have time right now to do the contest but good luck to those who take part) Is it best to do it on the synergy forum? Thanks

Do it here at AM in the supplement section and start with the above post. If you are a member on other boards, you can post there aswell if allowed.

I am on week 2 love ap so far,I have been taking ap with fish oil flax oil. multi. I drink about a gallon of water. I take it with i cup of grape nuts or oats and about 30 or so grams of protien with some olive oil. my other meals are usally 30-50 grams of protien(chicken ground turkey or steak) I eat gean beans or broc with the other meals and 2 protin drinks for 6 meals all to gether. Just making sure this is correct. I am going to add REM and camp to help sleep and burn more fat.

Thanks, thought about a anti estro and test boost i have some haldro 50 left ove r and wonder the best for post cyl, it says to use novedex xt is there a better pct to use.
