It IS possible to be shot with a .30-06 directly into the spine bone and not exit the body. Ask any real hunter if it can happen on a deer. Not often, but it can definitely happen. Fact.

Then ask a reasonably intelligent person if secret Israeli agents can fit a super miniature directional explosive with remote detonator into a tiny shirt sized microphone that would blow up without leaving any burns or smoke.... yet somehow leave a piece of copper bullet jacket planted deep in the victims neck.
