I've been on testosterone for a while now. So far, I've noticed only minor changes and almost no side effects. I did gain some water weight, and my workouts have felt noticeably better.

I take around 240 mg per week, injecting 0.3 mL subcutaneously into my belly/waist fat three times per week.

I also just ordered HGH, and I'm planning to try it for approximately 4 months.

Thoughts?

240 mg is just a little bit above a trt dose, I wouldn't expect to see anything miraculous happen. Staying on that dose for like a whole year I would imagine you'll make more gains than if you were just on trt (100-200mg), but it's not quite enough to get you cycle gains. Going up to 350-400mg/week or more would bring on more noticeable results, adding the GH to a 350+mg dose would further those results.

How long is "a while"?

Inject in upper arms or upper thighs. use cypionate if you can.
Get your diet in check!
Most of the time if a person isn't gaining it is diet. Not enough calories consistently, this means the weekend too. If your aren't eating enough no amount of aas will make you grow. Food is the building blocks. Also make sure at least one of your sets is to true concentric failure.

Posting your goals, workout schema, and caloric intake would help with specific questions.

I was wondering that as well, when I hear they've been on that dose for a while I'm thinking 6 months or longer, but I imagine if someone is new to this they would think that six weeks is a long time so I'm kind of lost. The 29.4 I'm wondering if he means 4-29 April 29th of this year.

Also I've heard there's a lot of fake testosterone e going around for the past 6 months. Not fake but severely underdosed, that's not something we usually have to deal with but it is a reality right now

Ahhh .... Maybe yeah. I'm used to the "American" dates. You could be right.
