So it's like a stim that's not really a stim? Lol. That sounds like what I need right now.
Lol it is a stimulant blend, but yes more like a smooth energizer blend. Very much a 1+1=3 combo addition.

For those who want more energy and drive but can’t comfortably increase caffeine or the like due to classic stimulant sides, adding Neurogize is where it’s at.

I am in a deficit and prepping for a powerlifting meet now at a lower weight class as I trim down - I really like it!

Okay, so it's still not appropriate for a stimulant break if one we trying to give the body a break?

Did some swimming the past couple days. Nothing even worth writing about honestly lol. It's an in ground, standard length backyard pool. I start the year off with 10 laps and add one every time I go in. Last year, I used AI to help structure a swimming progression program based off of my lap thing as the foundation. Ended up getting decent and made swimming a good cardio activity for the summer.

In addition to that last year, I started a walking/running progression program as well. I'll be doing the same soon. While slowly building on those 2 programs in addition to lifting hard, I should be able to stay somewhat lean for the summer.

I ate a bit bad the past few days and feel fat. Most likely in my head but none the less, I need to correct it and I need to correct it asap or risk falling off the wagon.

Got 25 minutes of elliptical in tonight as well. Not hard, but felt good. Leg day tomorrow but will be a quick workout utilizing bloodflow restriction bands. Light weight, big pumps, and circuit style to keep the heart rate up. Goal is very little cns stimulation and a break from the heavy lifting. I did that with pull yesterday and it felt very nice. In addition to being drained physically, I am extremely drained mentally. Although, today I felt decent energy wise as I think the worst of my caffeine / stim stopping is over. Not going long, but will do a week break. Utilizing some good pump preworkouts with my less intense BFR workouts this week and then will see where I'm at.

Did some more swimming today and then a BFR leg workout. No spinal loading and no cns fatigue. In and out, circuit style with no rest.

4 rounds of:

• Leg Extensions - 30 reps
• Walking Lunges - 15 steps each leg
• Leg Curls - 20 reps
• Bodyweight Squats - 25 reps
• Standing Calf Raises - 30 reps

25 minutes on the elliptical after.

Yesterday was an off day...was exhausted again. Took 2 naps and then was still ready for bed early but go figure, couldn't fall asleep lol. Even used some good sleep aids and nada.

Felt pretty solid today though surprisingly. Did a BFR push day and it went very well. 25 minutes on the elliptical after.

Been feeling soft and not looking up to my standards but maybe it's mostly mental as my post workout pic looked pretty decent.

Here was the workout:

• Decline Machine Press
• Incline Machine Press
• Band Flyes
• Machine Shoulder Press
• Seated Lateral Raises
• Rope Pushdowns

20 reps on everything except flyes and pushdowns which were 30 reps.

4 rounds.
Minimal rest.
Bands on.
Constant movement.

It’s in your head bro.

You could have been softer than usual; things flux with water, glycogen, etc. But muscle doesn’t suddenly fall off and you don’t immediately get fat lol

Started my summer running progression program tonight as well. Been programming it with ChatGPT to start at an embarrassing level with tiny increments so that there are no excuses to stick to it each day. Today was simply:

Jog 30 seconds
Walk 4 minutes 30 seconds
Repeat 6 times

Consistency is key and I'm going to set up my swimming program as well so cardio will stay fresh and I'll be getting a lot of activity in over the summer.

Had a good pull workout today. My same set up but a bit less volume and lowered the weights a bit. As a result, I was able to move between sets and exercises at a much faster pace which in turn made the workout more productive in its own right.

Some updates. Really progressing into the anabolic stack and I think they will be kicking in full throttle soon.

Toned down the workouts slightly, cut some some excessive volume and things have been going well. Did some light fasted elliptical for 20 minutes the past few days. Energy levels are still off during the day but a lot of that is outside stressors. Relationship, etc, on top of that stim break at a time where I was really pushing hard and at that point my body had been relying on them.

Had a solid push session today. Still working on my posing lol.

Got my workout and cardio done earlier this morning. Push workout was done in circuit format since I was pressed for time. 5 rounds of:

Incline dumbbell press
Decline hammer machine
Seated dumbbell press
Dumbbell lateral raises
Tricep push downs.

I think the products are really starting to kick in now.

Hit a lifetime PR goal last night on the deadlift! What's funny is, it's only the second time I've deadlifted in months too and even when I did it months back it wasn't super serious or for long periods of time. I love the deadlift but got to the point where the risks seem to outweigh the rewards for my goals but I felt like doing them and glad I did.

500lb club!

Great job man! Huge barrier to smash 💥
Appreciate it! Was over zealous today thinking I could hit a squat pr too but my back would not allow it following a heavy deadlift day. I worked up to a single 25 lbs away from my old PR and did some strong back off sets and then some good hypertrophy work.

Yeah after pulling a true max you’re probably going to be a little cooked for a bit, totally normal - and worth it to conquer the 500 barrier! That’s one you will be proud of the rest of your life.

I wore my Shrek shirt yesterday - it always gets positive comments, every time. People love Shrek!
