Estrogen is at 100. Would Aromasin at 12.5 mgs EOD be a good start? Run that for a couple/3 weeks and have bloods done again??
I'm taking 200 mgs week of testosterone. 3 IU of HGH daily. Retatrutide @ 6 mgs/week.What else are you taking, for how long? Or is from your natural endogenous testosterone production?
How do you FEEL? Are your nipples sensitive or painful at all, do you have edema in your ankles, how is your sexual function?
Without knowing any of that, 12.5mg eod would likely be a sledgehammer that could have you at low estrogen quickly (which is definitely worse than elevated). You generally want the highest estrogen you tolerate well without side effects mentioned above, as it’s protective of the heart and brain, pads the joints, aids recovery, performance and muscle growth.
Geez I wish I could pull that kind of total test off 200mg/wkI'm taking 200 mgs week of testosterone. 3 IU of HGH daily. Retatrutide @ 6 mgs/week.
My total test was 2744.
Free was 714.
I feel fine as of now. No nip sensitivity. No mood swings.
I really appreciate your input. Now I'm confused even more. Lol. So I should NOT take Aromasin?Geez I wish I could pull that kind of total test off 200mg/wk
If you are at 2700ng/dl, I would argue that 100 is on the lower side (from a t:e ratio perspective) and would fully expect you to feel just fine. Nothing to worry about at all there. Ratios and numbers are just baseline starting points of course, but there’s an idea that many guys feel great at about a 20:1 t:e. So if you have 800 test levels, e2 of 40 might be an ideal spot to start for many. Things are very individual and get murkier when on a blast (like this definitely is for you), but I wouldn’t be worried in the least with test that high as long as e2 was under 200 and you don’t have sides. 135 would be ~20:1 for you, for reference.
TLDR you shouldn’t take an AI right now.
Do NOT take any aromasin, unless you get nipple sensitivity. You should be good to go as is.I really appreciate your input. Now I'm confused even more. Lol. So I should NOT take Aromasin?
Well AWESOME. Thanks again man. And when you say nipple sensitivity.....like would my shirt bother me?! Lol. I've always had sensitive nipples so I'm just wondering how they would feel if they were "sensitive" from high estrogen.Do NOT take any aromasin, unless you get nipple sensitivity. Different, in a bad way. Burning, itching, stinging or aching that you haven’t otherwise experienced.Well AWESOME. Thanks again man. Got it. Definitely nothing like that!Different, in a bad way. Burning, itching, stinging or aching that you haven’t otherwise experienced.
The only thing I'm experiencing is being really sleepy. But I'm thinking that's the Reta.Got it. Definitely nothing like that!
the GH and reta is probably more likely making you tiredThe only thing I'm experiencing is being really sleepy. But I'm thinking that's the Reta.
Thanks. That's what I'm thinking too.the GH and reta is probably more likely making you tired
Thanks for the reply. I don't sleep the best, that's for sure. So you're saying take the Aromasin? It's interesting the difference in opinions with people. And how people react differently to things.Had a similar situation last cycle—E2 crept up and my sleep turned to garbage, plus workouts felt sluggish. Started with 12.5mg Aromasin EOD and it leveled me out within a couple weeks. Didn’t crash it, but the night sweats and random joint stiffness eased up. Only thing I’d say is don’t wait the full 3 weeks if you start feeling too dry or libido tanks. I pulled bloods at 2 weeks just to be safe. Reta actually didn’t mess with my estrogen much, but test/base compounds? Different story. Keep the AI light and reassess.
Elevated estrogen typically doesn't cause sleep issues for men like it does for women, you also said you had joint stiffness from high estrogen which that doesn't happen usually either, it should actually be the opposite, your joint should have felt good unless you are having so much fluid retention in your joints that it was making them hurt. I don't think estrogen was your issueHad a similar situation last cycle—E2 crept up and my sleep turned to garbage, plus workouts felt sluggish. Why would he take an AI when he has no sides that elevated estrogen would cause?Had a similar situation last cycle—E2 crept up and my sleep turned to garbage, plus workouts felt sluggish. I didn't realize so many ppl felt tired on reta. Do you think it's the actual drug, or more just from the reduced caloriesIf you notice the tiredness peak around your day of reta inj or days after, try splitting the dose in half and doing more frequent injections (3 or 4 days apart). 6mg is a decent sized dose and will not only affect energy, but motivation and sleep.
Also if you aren't already, administering GH at night rather than daytime, as daytime use can make you tired.
Stacking MOTS - C or Methylene Blue, and thiamine (Vitamin B1) have also helped with the lethargy / drive issues from Reta.
A tolerance break is always a possibility too.
