Took the Diesel Test today and man I forgot how that stuff increases sweating. I also forgot it has some Yohimbe in it, so I went ahead and took a blood pressure pill, because Yohimbe always jacks up my blood pressure.
I helped the owner put together another new machine and was the first to test it out. It’s the York Hack Squat/Front Squat machine. It really hits the legs great. The Hack squat with back against the pad hit the quads, hams and glutes really well, then you turn around and have a different shoulder pad position for front squats, and man it doesn’t take very much weight to blast the quads. Oh and I had a 50 mg injection of Mast E this evening.
