Prime xt or alpha one for pure strength and growth in 12 weeks?

I'm on the path for strength. Two options to choose from. Alpha one, or prime xt

Well got about 5 weeks left of my anabolic effect and halo elite cycle. Gotta say it's been absolutely amazing. Halo elite has been one of my main staples for a long time. And as far as anabolic effect, I'd say definitely try it if you haven't, you won't be disappointed. It's definitely gonna be one I run for a long long time.

I'm stuck between a few but prime xt and alpha one are my main two choosing points. Ecdyplex definitely is on the list to at some point, along with epicatechin. Four different supplements. But the first two really have my attention

If you had 12 weeks to get as big and strong which one are you choosing? But most specifically between prime xt and alpha one which would you choose?
 
Both? lol. But I’ve put on great strength with Prime. Are you taking creatine also? I’ve been on MCC and no bloat. I had a great winter run of Prime, MCC, and PA. Could also add in AXT if you wanted.

First choice, alpha one - cAMP activator which is something your previous supplements haven't really been hitting.

second, ecdyplex / epicatechin - I like but in a cut more for increased pumps energy and protein synthesis. I don't notice it as much in the size and strength category.

third, prime xt - I would only use this for overall natty 'test boost' if you are missing the Anabolic Effect feel which somewhat boosts/supports hormones.

I would also pair your choice with Phosphatidic Acid XT (MTOR and Protein Synthesis), creatine, Injectable L-Carnitine (increase androgen receptors), zinc/magnesium/glycine before bed, a 30% increase in carbs/ protein, intra workout glucose (gummies) or dextrose, and AHHHHH smelling salts for your top sets.

I've heard that prime xt was more along the lines of a strength booster was mainly why I was asking. How was your experience with alpha one?

I liked it but I ran it stacked with Anabolic Effect and Peptistrong as well as some peptides so I am not 100% sure what it would do solo. I believe I noticed all day pumps, more strength and better recovery. I tolerated 3 caps per day. 1 upon waking before breakfast. 2 pre workout with chicken and rice.

My friend who competed and won his natural bodybuilding show ran it all through his prep, at times solo, and also with creatine, Anabolic Effect, and Peptibolic and swore it was his favorite supplement of all time. He was obviously in a deep deficit but actually got stronger and stayed full. He credited the Alpha One.

I know you asked @KimChee but I also agree with the PA suggestion so I'll chime in on that. Between Tribulus (prime) and Phospatidic Acid, PA always seems to make the biggest difference in my size and appearance. The first few weeks on I will get comments in the gym. Strength is good on it too.

Hate to say it but obviously all these sups only help a small percent. The training intensity, diet, sleep, recovery need to be dialed first.

Prime is great for raw strength, but I also gained dense muscle development from the weight increases in my lifts. I asked Steve if there were muscle building properties in Prime which I’m sure there are, but def get a lot of muscle from just the added weights you can lift alone. If money was no object I’d go with Prime, PA, creatine, and Uro B.

The jury is still out as far as proven medical studies but I always feel and see the effects strong enough personally to recommend it. I train more for bodybuilding than for strength though.

I also like the nattybolics epicatechin, ecdyserone, laxogenin (if you have anxiety or high cortisol) and Korean mistletoe to move the needle to add size and strength. Uro B is also a good suggestion.

Ideally you are in a high protein, high carb surplus, intense training program, perfect sleep and recovery, spike insulin intra/post workout with sugar, 10g+ creatine, nattybolic, PAXT, and stims and ammonia salts for heavy lifts /progressive overload.

I've also wondered about uro B deeply as well. What would you say uro B is like?

I did a run of just staples, a run of PA, a run of PA and Prime, and a run of PA, Prime, and Alpha One. PA had a dramatic effect on strength. PA and Prime together was marginally better. When Alpha One was added I can’t say the strength increase was much better but the muscle fullness was significantly more.

I like the Black Lion Research products as well. Great nattybolic blends and prolactin support. OP should look into their line.

With regards to Laxogenin; It is better classified as a cortisol blocker than a nattybolic IMO. Best topical laxogenin is Iconogenin from Iconic Formulations - hands down. I like it when I have high stress/cortisol. 2 pumps pre workout for long sessions to stave off workout related cortisol. or 5 pumps throughout the day when I am running higher stims during a cut. or if I realize ive drank too much coffee and need to blunt its effects. gym pumps seem to be better as well as the wellbeing.
I always have a couple tubes on hand.
My girl also used it to come off of her Xanax and will use it whenever feeling a panic attack come on. just two pumps forearms and neck and she's better in minutes. It's amazing in this case, but the marketing as a muscle builder is all wrong.

For me PA has more of a "kick"/feel than the Prime. I'm not sure what you mean or are expecting though. They aren't crazy expensive, no sides risk or anything, so I would just try them both and see which your body responds to.

I didn’t get much of a kick from PA as far as feeling anything, but I def could get more reps in. I used the Lechitin granules so it bloated me a bit. SNS PA isn’t supposed to boost you like the Lechitin granules.

Staples:
Creatine, Pepti-Plex, fish oil.

I used Prime and Alpha one for 6 months. I saw a noticeable bump (+/- 8%) in barbell strength and increase in reps to failure for bodyweight training. Also noticed all day fullness and pumps that I never had before.
Using just Alpha One now, 1 month in and I have the all day fullness and great pumps, strength/reps has gone up but not as significantly as when I had Prime on deck as well. But if I am just going to use one it’s Alpha One for the cAMP/pumps/fullness.
 
Just wanted to agree with the all day pumped feeling of Alpha One. Also I don’t know how to describe it, but I get a pre workout effect from it. I can be exhausted but it somehow increases my capacity to do work. I only take one cap a day and I love the results. I’ve tried 2 a day dosing but 1 works just fine.
 
Nothing came close to Prime XT when it came to strength gains.

I gained far more strength on Prime XT than I did on prohormone runs, just to put it into perspective

I reported my strength gains in the Prime thread and a couple new members called BS. My gains in strength were insane to me as an experienced lifter. Also I mentioned that Prime made me feel kind of irritated and a couple members backed me up on that. But the irritated feeling went away eventually. You def have an “alpha” feeling on Prime imo.

Alpha One had some small strength increases solo for me, but mostly noticed better muscle fullness all day and pumps in the gym. I even like it at 1/day which then allows other products in the budget too.
 
My vote was with PA but I have more of a bodybuilder approach so strength is secondary to look/ muscle gain. I don't track strength beyond progressive overload for hypertrophy. PA and Alpha One may slightly increase strength but it's the fullness and pump I notice most. If your goal is strength oriented only maybe take bodybuilder preferences with a grain of salt.
Guaranteed straight strength gains for me is still high carbs, peptiplex for recovery and injury prevention, and smelling salts.
My bias aside, sounds like 3 to 2 in favor of Prime for strength.

It's definitely interesting. I can't help but to ponder. And it's definitely cool that some people respond differently to compounds then others. I really wonder what mechanism tribulus aquaticus plays with the strength/ muscle aspect. Via muscle protein synthesis spike, nutrient shuddling, is it the plant version of enclomiphene maybe? Is it androgenic like halo elite? What gives it that fire that makes someone say it's better than prohormones
 
I only have experience with Alpha One. I've followed the feedback for Prime for awhile.

I'd consider running Prime, then at week 13 add in Alpha One. If you like and can afford to; run the prime longer.

Possibly run alpha one all year. I did and loved it. It fits in pretty much any stack.

For pure strength, I would go with Prime XT over Alpha One.

Alpha One is great for recomp and muscle fullness, but Prime XT is better for pure strength.

You can find a lot of feedback in the Growth Factor XT thread.

Testosterone is prescribed by doctors, but people use test boosters to increase their natural test levels.

Just like HGH is prescribed by doctors, but people use Growth Factor XT to increase their natural GH levels.

Growth Factor XT is really good for improved recovery, rejuvenation, and improved sleep quality.

We are in the same boat on Pepti-Bolic I'm thinking that exact product as of now i just haven't read much feedback on it has any of you guys tried it
 
No one mentions Pepti-Bolic xt is that good for strength

There is a lot of great feedback on Pepti-Bolic.

Heck, it sells out pretty much as quickly as it comes back in stock.

DL-185 and PeptiStrong are both great ingredients and both backed by human clinical studies.

It's very good for strength gains.

I gauge strength differently than some on here. I never max - for me, strength gains are measured on increases in working sets and I was very pleased with it.

I have an autoimmune condition, so I haven't trained properly in awhile. Getting back into things and will be running a nice stack and later on will be adding it back in. My strength goes up so well on it that I'm not adding it into my first stack back to training because I need to pace myself and not go up in things too quickly. That may be a great thing to some to go up that quick, but not with an autoimmune condition.

Thank you for your reply on your experience. I'm definitely gonna eventually run it. I do feel like I'm leaning towards a stack combining alpha one alongside of beta ecdysterone for 12 weeks. Then after I'll probably run prime xt. Very interested in it
 
Just price wise and as many great reports I feel like going forward the next stack after I finish this current one will be alpha one from competitive edge labs alongside of beta ecdysterone from earth elixir. After a 12 week run I'll definitely be sure to comeback to post results. And after that stack I will be doing a run of prime xt

We've offered Beta Ecdysterone as a single and in a formula, and its an okay ingredient, but being honest with you, it isn't going to compare to Prime XT or many of the other things being discussed here for strength gains.

Yea tbh I kind of got that feeling from some of these incredible stories. Hence why I wanna make sure to run it completely by itself to see how well it works for me. But beta ecdysterone has to be relatively good for overall vitality and recovery boosts from the increased mps and for the price I can get it for and the amount of time it'll last. Add that with all the cool effects of alpha one I feel like it will be a good cycle for what it is. And after that I will be doing a complete run down of prime xt. At least 12 weeks or more. And once it's complete I'll post my entire experience with it as long as it went well. Very exciting stuff. Beta ecdysterone has also been on the bucket list for quite awhile as well.

I know all these products gives you strength which one gives best strength of Prime XT Alpha One Anabolic XT Pepti-Bolic or Phosphatidic Acid XT
 
Just as it hadn’t been mentioned yet, arachidonic acid (SNS X-Gels, 6 caps/day) works very well for me in terms of strength, muscle fullness, and pump.

XPG Carnitine Gel (4 pumps pre-workout) provides a very big boost in workout endurance and power.

The combination may be synergistic, as supposedly carnitine can increase arachidonic acid incorporation into muscle.

It’s my favourite natural stack. Just be prepared for some serious DOMS.

Additionally, Prime XT did boost strength noticeably for me as well, interestingly this boost disappeared after cessation.
