In 2023, the average age in Gaza was 18. When half the population is under 18, hell. Over 40% is under 14, who do you think Hamas is recruiting? Even idf troop regulars are 18 when they start. Hamas killed hundreds of kids digging the tunnels, they dint care about the kids, and use them as soldiers.

The Palestinians received all of Gaza, including the land, the farms, the factories, the greenhouses, the homes, and everything else from the Jews when they were removed by the Israeli govt. All free. American Jews donated money to train them to use all of it. Beyond that, Gaza received $50B in cash money between 2005 and 2025.they used it to build tunnels and rockets, not schools and resorts.

Sondont act like the poor Palestinians didn't get any help, they had lots.

Who ruled Gaza and the west bank before 1967?

Jordan and Egypt. Did they create a Palestinian state? If not, why not?

And fyi, the US didn't help Israel monetarily until the 1980's. In 1948, it was czekoslovakia providing a majority of the physical support. Later France, Britain, and Norway helped Israel get nukes...lomg before the US stepped in.

And before the romans called it Palestine, it was called Judea/israel. Why did they label it Palestine? There were no Palestinians there, so why Palestine?

Because it was a derogatory name. The phillistines were killed and routed, a dead people, and the Roman's hated it, because it was a shitty outpost in their empire thst was a pain in their ass. The Jews fought them, and didn't just accept Ronan rule, and they wanted to demean it. Palestine was 'philistina' after the phillistines, which was anglicized to Palestine. Islam didn't exist yet, Arabs had not invaded yet, and the modern idea of a palestinian people was created in the 1960's by Russia and Arafat.

So, answer my question: if Jordan and Egypt ruled the west bank and Gaza until 1967, why didn't THEY create a state called Palestine?

Protip: names in the Middle East have meaning. Common Palestinian names:

"Masri" or "al-Masri" = from Egypt. Hamas member of Parliament in Gaza, Mushir al-Masri is from Egypt
"Khamis" = from Bahrain
"al-Ubayyidi" or "al-Obeidi"= from Sudan "al-Ubayyid."
"al-Faruqi" = Mosul, Iraq.
"al-Araj" = Morocco

In the same vein:

Palestine = land of the phillistines, not land of the Palestinians, they never existed

Judea = land of the Jews, yes Jews come from Judea, duh

Saudi Arabia = land of the Arabs, Arabs come from Arabia, not 'philistina'

Arabs are a transplant in JUDEA from ARABIA.
