It wasn't the workout I planned, but there was about five other people there today and we all just kept working in with each other so we kind of just agreed on what we were doing for a workout. I would say this feels the closest to a real workout that I've had in the past month. So I'm calling this a win

Dude I've said it before, if I could never smoke pot again, and I could never sell pot, and I could do nothing but grow it just to look at it, I would still do it.

There's just so many levels and the first plants I grew looked very similar to the picture above. And every grow it's gotten better and better. I haven't grown many of the CBD strains, but there's some really beautiful ones that are so low in THC they won't even get you high. But they're very high in CBD. I actually found a middle of the road one that's a medium strength THC and a lot of CBD called harlequin, once I finish making seeds and doing my grows this year I'm going to focus on getting good at growing that Harlequin strain I feel like it would be a good medical use strain for myself.

The G7 genetics guy is like the best of the best. I've shared his video with other guys I know that grow for the dispensaries and it blows their mind what that guy does lol.
 
Here's some I have now, I actually just smoked it 😂. Drying took 10 days, I try to get closer to 14 days but the buds didn't have much leaves on them so they dried a little quicker, it's on day 11 of curing, I normally cure 30 days+ but I do smoke a little if I have to burp the jar.

And here's some I'm wet trimming now, I normally leave the little leaves on when drying but the humidity has been slightly too high in my drying area so by doing a wet trim and removing those little sugar leaves will prevent those little leaves from trapping humidity. I also normally would hang up the entire plant, put in a situation where the humidity is a little too high I'm going to break it down into smaller pieces and increase the air flow to kind of counterbalance the slightly high humidity . It's not a guarantee it will work but it usually works. I've yet to have an issue dealing with the slightly high humidity. My dehumidifier normally does the job but it's been raining a lot lately and my areas in the basement. As you can see I took over my laundry room 😂. I have another washing machine in the other room lol. now that I moved these plants out of the grow room I have opened up a bunch of space, so I'm thinking after the last plant dries, I can turn that tent back into a grow tent and fill it with clones from one of my new mothers

those buds are wild lol, ours are like less than 25% that size haha. but after learning some stuff from G7 such as how he does his transplanting, soil type, and nutrients, plus this Basementganja account I found, I think I could at least double or trip yield on a new batch..

and I could do nothing but grow it just to look at it, I would still do it.
I totally get it now. I was watching this video of training and it caught my autism wildly. One of his plants produced like over 450g and I was laughing cause if I had 20 plants equal to the 4 we have now, I probably wouldn't hit that with my current yield, but I totally understand the draw to the horticulture aspect. It's a beautiful plant and honestly the smell has a freshness to it I don't mind.

uh we have a similar issue. we have massive project ADD lol. Our front entry area has had one of those big breadracks with grow lights over the top of each shelf, seedmats on each rack, to grow out so many things we started. my wife had 96 successful tomato starts from last years seeds she saved, plus normal veggies, eggplants etc, my tobacco seeds. We always start chickens in our extra bathroom cause its warm and easier to keep clean, but this weekend I moved 10 cornish cross hens outside to the big coop and I hope to be starting harvest on them by the last week of April. Now I have this new hobby you're bringing me into, and my moonshine (which I know you don't drink, but the science of fermentation and distillation is crazy to me and ironically I drink hardly anything since I started learning how to make my own, it's more satiating to just enjoy a 'taste' to see how my aging, fermentation, and infusing has gone with various spirits).
 
Basement ganja is another I've watched. He does a lot of seed to harvest videos. He's a average guy with a good system for small home grows. He's not like g7 or the craft breeders but I watch tons of his seed to harvest videos. He grows a lot of autoflowers
 
Had a good workout today, I been riding the struggle bus a lot lately but today was another good one. I'm definitely off plan and I'm behind target for weight by a long shot but at least the workouts are getting better.

adding a plate on each set I did 5 sets of pulldowns, dropped the weight by 2 plates and did 3 more sets pulling behind the neck
3 sets of cable pullovers
3 sets of low cable rows with 2 rest pause sets
3 sets of hammer curls and 3 sets of reverse straight bar curls.

Soooooooo.......... Primo is $120/bottle right now. No mast in stock, no anavar, no anadrol, no HGH. 😒 WTF. My cycle is in limbo. I ordered 4 bottles of test and a 100ct of Dbol. Yep I said dbol. I have not used dbol since I was in my 20's. There's 3 reasons I decided to give it a shot again. Or at least I'm considering

1. I handle estrogen much better than I used to.

2. Dbol use to me feel good, and hungry.

3. It's pretty much the drug of choice for people looking to gain weight and boost their bench press. And I'm practically a teenager still anyway so WTH🤷

Contrary to my usual advice, I would start taking exemestane at 12.5 EOD from day one. Exemestane usually takes a few days to a week before Its working for me. Unlike the other AI's that seem to work almost immediately for, exemestane seems to take a while. It also has always been very gentle with me and gives me a lot of room for error. I have taken everything from 12.5 twice a week to 25 mg daily and never had any issues. I actually found that it's not strong enough to control my estrogen on that trest cycle or the time I took test to 600-750 + dienolone (these cycles were about 4-5 years ago)

If test and dball still treats me like the estrogen bomb it used to, I could always throw a little dose of letrozole in at like 0.25 in the random situations that I'm getting sensitivity or something like that. Only use it if I have to.

Any opinions here? Also what do you think about 25 mg daily versus 50 mg 3 to 4 times a week on training days. I always did 10mg 3xday or when I had the 50s I would just do one every morning with breakfast. These are 50s but I should be able to snap them in half with a pill cutter. Hopefully they're not capsules. I have received my winstrol in capsules before from this source. But I've also received everything from him in press tablet form as well

If there capsules, theoretically couldn't I just dump out 10 capsules in a container add a little bit of an alcohol base and make a suspension that's 100mg/ml and take 0.1ml 3x day or 0.2 2x a day. Whatever my dose my be. I did this with the winstrol way back in the day. I used an alcohol-based mouthwash as the solvent and I don't know if it actually worked or if I just destroyed all the product lol. But I definitely took 25 mg of winstrol in a liquid mouthwash suspension twice a day for a while 😂
 
Yes the situation with availability is pretty bad. I think it may be time to rethink our strategies and revert back to minimalism. Test + oral of choice (depending on which is available and are we willing to run it), AI on hand, keeping it simple.

I've been contemplating brewing my own stuff for years, I have a few buddies that live in NY who have offered so many times to come down and do a batch with me to learn hands on. But we never link up . mostly due to me. The time is getting close to lol. I want to make myself a stockpile of test, mast and primo that will last me a few years and that would allow me to splurge on GH. That's all I need. A endless supply of test, a DHT derivative and HGH. Il be a happy camper lol

Maybe you should consider running Test higher with the Exemestane instead of adding Dbol in since you know it jacks up your estrogen. Of course taking Dbol pre workout on workout days only is a good option. It really does boost strength and has a feel good effect for me, but man it jacks up my blood pressure. Of course it’s short half life would make it easy for you to test out for a week, and stop if you know things feel like they may get out of hand. But high Test is great on a bulk, so that was part of my thinking as well.🤷🏻‍♂️

-Uncontrollable edema from excess estradiol
-Gyno from excess estradiol

The first 2 are entirely personal in your genetic responses & tolerance to them, and the latter 2 can be controlled with enough AI use.

The main reasons to use Mast, Primo, or EQ would be to avoid or lower the need for AI from a comparable total dose of solo test, and lessen DHT & its impacts if they are an issue for you. Plus more niche reasons like EQ for endurance sports, Mast for cosmetic hardening, etc.

So if you want to get big and strong, and you know how to use an AI, you can use as much test as you can still pee well with and are happy with your hair. It’s important to note that Mast & Primo can have their own hair and prostate effects, again based on individual response. Test is probably best for lipids even per mg.

Dbol immediately messes my gut up, and cranks my BP through the roof. Shame cuz it also makes me strong AF and awesome mood. But injectable Dbol is the sh!t, besides the solvents causing PIP and inflammation. Only way I can use it really, even just for 2 weeks.

Mostly due to the sides of the orals.

I've used high testosterone, but never ran testosterone high for extended periods of time. I do think I get a little bit of body hair growth (back and ass hair 😂)but my hairline and prostate don't seem to get issues (knock on wood). I have heard many people say that running high testosterone for a long time is s guaranteed recipe for size. I know lots of big guys who run a gram of test as part of there cycles. The test only guys are usually big dudes but not cosmetically pleasing. Like it just makes you a larger human. No secondary cosmetic effects. I do still have 1 bottle of EQ. I did think that 150mg a week would help keep the AI dose down a bit. But I don't want to turn this into another test + eq cycle

Just bouncing ideas around. I'm not super worried about anything other then managing sides and being on enough to grow at a reasonable rate without getting too fat. Given the fact that I can't get GH right now, I thought the dbol volume would help if managed. And to be perfectly honest I haven't used it in so long I'm kind of excited to try it again lol. I mean I'm sure as soon as my tits hurt and I'm breaking out with acne I'll probably change my mind 😂 😂 😂.

Here's what I will have on hand, if primo comes down, mast becomes available or HGH pops back up il grab more stuff.

I was hoping to grab two more kits and just use it all together but I can't get more and I also can't make use of 30 units lol. My boy said take 5 after leg day and use the IGF lr3 bilateral pre workout on every other day and that would be 3-6 weeks with high concentrations of local IGF but it seems like a lot of strategy and pins for something that's going to probably produce minimal difference in such a short period. So fingers crossed I can just get my hands on a couple GH kits soon

I also have a laundry list of random MA support supps / products.


Maybe I do......... In stages........

Test 600 with 12.5 exemestane EOD
Test 750, EQ 150, exemestane 12.5 EOD
Early June I consider adding 100-200 tren E on top to finish up the summer.

Or

Test 450-600, EQ 150, dbol 25 daily, exemestane 12.5 EOD

And of course I would make adjustments as necessary to anything and everything.


Either one of these options is plenty of gear, I'm just concerned with managing estrogen sides.

His current cycle 1750 test only and he's about to add EQ and Tren 😬 I'm interested to see what doses he uses.
 
By the way, I wanted to share this. I've been on 40mg telmasartin and 5mg cilinidipine for a few weeks, I've missed the dose here and there but for the most part I've been consistent. I tried nebivolol the other day too. I skipped my telmasartin/cilinidipine dose that day.

My BP has been around 115-125/75-80 and my heart rate has come down into the high 70's low 80's as of my most recent tracking.

This morning I did a few things and I noticed I was red in the face and was expecting high blood pressure and my heart rate to be through the roof. But I realize my heart rate wasn't going very crazy.

This is the lowest I've seen my heart rate since highschool!

The slate elevations in blood pressure are not concerning to me because I was just doing something stressful, but I was shocked at the heart rate. I'm praying this is going to be my new normal range. Going from even 90bpm to 70 is a significant health improvement, it's 28,000 less heartbeats per day, and 10 1/2 million less heartbeats per year. It's a very significant improvement and I'm hoping it leads to better sleep, better endurance and maybe I'll feel like a little less of a crazy person 😂
 
I agree test only may not be ideal and i am the 1st one to want to throw in a little mast (which i have done) or a little primo (which i would like to do) on top of a lower test dose as it makes the cycle more bearable as far as bloat goes and enjoyable as far as cosmetic appeadance goes, but we are talking the situation where either one isnt available at all.

For example take a basic "low dose" beginner cycle of 400mg test. I would much rather run 300 test and 100 mast or primo even though it would be slightly weaker cycle, but the benefits gained in terms of bloating and cosmetics would be worth it to me. The low dose seems pointless but for a same total drug load the strength/muscle outcome is very similar with improved side profile. Think of mast/primo as an anabolic ancillary in comparison to using an AI which will similarly trash your bloodwork but do nothing for muscle and strength, may even lower the gains. Taking a drug just so that you can take another drug and make it less effective in process.

But... what you gonna do when it simply isnt available...

PS: Obviously someone would say just do 300 of each ehich would be obviously better. Yeah but then we are talking about a higher drug load, i am trying to do an apple to apple comparison where the apple with a bit of dht derivative is the same size and juiciness but doesnt have that little white worm (moonface or itchy nipples or whatever your favourite side of choice is) that kinda detracted from the apple eating experience, if it makes sense.

Test with Mast or Primo is usually the lower side effects option, not necessarily “best”. What best means is probably going to be individual. Test and Deca and/or EQ will probably produce more size gains at similar total mg, but even how much lean mass is netted is partially about individual response. And also, what you need out of your drugs helps you better choose your weapons. Each compound has some unique properties that can be leveraged as well.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach unfortunately with AAS; you have to do some experimenting to determine what works best for you. Which can also change over time as you evolve as a specimen.

I’d lean towards the first option for you, in the sense you often struggle with food after a while so it’s going to be tough to leverage Dbol for long if you’re trying to actively grow. Maybe you could pulse it in some waves, but I wouldn’t use it as a core daily part of the cycle from the get-go.

Lol I know I’m a coffee lover because I also drink cheap black coffee. But I can’t stand even putting creatine in it, let alone protein!
I will do things like put coffee into a shake but I'm not a fan of using the protein powder to flavor my coffee. I like coffee with a big splash of cream or half and half and nothing sweet. Which is weird because you guys know how much I love my sweets and my desserts. But I like my coffee like I like my latinas, tan and bitter 😂

I’m the same. Black or creamy, but never sweet. Not unless it’s like some stupid Starbucks or Dunkin drink probably three times per year.

Yep, I did a Starbucks mint chocolate thing at a amusement Park last year. It was a 1700 calorie ice coffee tho lol
 
Did a light circuit of lunges, OHP, Bent over row and floor press, 4 times through with 30lb dumbbells. Probably 100 random pushups and after the kids class left I hit a little bit of lower body.

RDL 135x12, 225x9, 315x5,5,5
Leg press 3 plates each x25x3
Farmers walks 108 each 2 trips, 158 each 2 trips.

I don't know how this is true, but it is, lol.
All week long I looked at the protein, looked at my coffee, and kept saying nope, gonna have it black and the protein separate.

But I like my coffee like I like my latinas, tan and bitter 😂

Another good workout. I've hit my macro range 6 out of the last 7 days and I got 5 workouts in this week. Time to set up more structure and get the program set in stone so I can start tracking my progression again, and il be ready to up my testosterone soon and get a real cycle started
 
Dang that looks good. IMO you can never go wrong with any Mexican themed dish.
Unfortunately I started digging in, and then realized that I should take a picture.

10oz pork chop, fairly lean. There was some fat on the end pieces, 2 cups white rice and I used a bunch of leftover stuff to make s bean sauce. There's all kinds of weird s*** in it, pickled peppers and onions, garlic, bell pepper, green onion and black beans. Did my best to make the actual Spanish style but I don't have softito and idk how to make that stuff or have the ingredients on hand anyways

Ok gentlemen, I need some help with direction from you guys. Had a 3 day run of mayhem, I probably worked 40-45hrs in the past 3 days and maybe 10 total hours of sleep. Calories were hard to get in but I managed 2900-3100 each day. Today is my last 16hr day putting me around 56-60 hours in 4 days on low sleep. With summer approaching il be working a lot, outside most days sweating through 3 shirts a day. You know my normal summer routine lol

I just stepped on the scale and I'm down 8lbs, piss is brown like I was drinking all night too so definitely dehydrated. My appetite is shot, probably from stress and lack of sleep.

I honestly don't think getting up to 230 is in the cards till fall.

Now here's my dilemma. I found a strength comp in August and my gym is also going to host one in August. When I get rehydrated, eat normal and whatever else il be 200, that'll take like a day or two. and lean, I'm still pretty lean. I fire up the cycle and il gain 5-10 more. Do I try to fight nature and compete at 220 in August or do I just get as strong as possible around 208-215 and cut back to 198 to compete.

I got about 10 more ideas I have but il start with this.

Any thoughts?

Remember when @Hyde was bulking for his bench bench back around NYE of 2023 (i think it was '23?? 24 maybe?) and he was eating like it WAS his job... IDK how you struggle at 200 lol but I know how huge an impact 20lbs has on my strength...

I'm burnt out on constantly having to cut after a cycle, personally. But if it doesn't bother you then the full bulk could be a shitload of fun (the strength side, not the eating as a second job side).
