Another way to look at it is that 19k married fighters were killed, and we know not every fighter was married.

Nevermind the Avivim, Ma'alot, infamous terrorists like SAmir Kuntar and other famous attacks (and I know you're furiously googling now because you have no idea about any of this), in 1981 the PLO fired extensive rockets into northern Israel, and in 1981-82, killed 30 Israelis and wounded around 300.

So it's actually the PLO that created Hezbullah, along with Iran. Idiot.
