I'm highly interested in urolithin b. How did that go for youI try to think about what pathways need the most support. If sleep is an issue for you then Sleep support XT would be a game changer. Is diet in check with high protein and mostly clean? If not then there are things that can help with that. I always take Mtest, but if you have really high natural test that might not benefit you that much. I like Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Basis, Alpha One, high dose UroB, Phosphatidic Acid. I've never stacked them all, but I've done 3 at a time before and loved it.

UroB is good at 2 caps per day and better at 3. Felt full all day and just bigger. A week after stopping I lost the fullness. I’d try a higher dose too if finances allowed.I'm highly interested in urolithin b. How did that go for you
If you had to say which of the two would you pick for mass, phosphatidic acid xt or urolithin bPAXT solo is good. Consistent strength increases after a few weeks. Fullness was a little better. I took it 12 weeks and liked it training specifically for strength.

I took the PA in Lwchitin granules. Good strength increases but o felt it bloated me a bit.
The most I've ever run at a single time was like

M-Test
and that alone was like 24 caps a day or something. On top of everything else I was taken.
If I had to do it again I'd prob go with X-Gels, Phosphatidic XT, and then run maybe XPG Alpha Gel and Pump Gel (which I've never tried) or CEL Alpha One. MAAAAAYBE add in like Evomuse BCP or try the CEL BASIS

I'm an ectomorph, so X-Gels/ArA is one of the only products where I can put on appreciable mass beyond 5lb on top of the other conditioning work I'm doing as wellI think that X-Gels is good, but I definitely don't think its better than Anabolic XT or Anabolic Effect. The pumps from X-Gels may be more pronounced, but I think the overall benefits from Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect are better than X-Gels. But I think X-Gels makes a great stack with either of those or Phosphatidic Acid XT.
I wish there was a way to make things into less capsules, but the only way to do less capsules is to cut back dosages and we don't want to do that because effectiveness is first and foremost.
A good rule to go by, and there are some rare exceptions, but on average a size 00 capsule can hold approximately up to 750 mg. So, if you have for example, 4,485 mg. like Anabolic XT has, there's no way to be at less than 6 capsules.
Something I find helpful for me is I put a weeks worth into pill cases at a time so I don't have to count them out daily and at that point, it just becomes a handful for me. Like my general health supplements, I'm not even sure how many capsules I take in the morning bc I just pop them by the handful from my pill case, but it would drive me insane if I counted them out daily haha.
