As title suggests.

Has anyone tried this can't find too much on it and the search results are 0. If so what kind of results or experiences did you have ?

Would also help to understand your situation, how long you have been training, natty, body fat, age etc

Thanks

Yes brother I've ran it. First I need you to understand what muscle protein synthesis is and how it basically contributes to you either gaining muscle or losing muscle. When your mps rates are higher you put muscle on. With that being said you need to ask yourself if your eating enough protein every single day already. which should be roughly a .8 to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. That's gonna be the most important thing period. Then this is where this supplement shines. Your post workout protein shake gets drank. Which by the way is the best time to take it but regardless. As soon as your about to take the last drink of protein shake wash down the 2000 mg of dileucine. By the time you protein shake is completely digested and your body disposes of the rest through your system the dileucine will if started to if not be broken down and then ingested into the body. Which prolongates mps rates ( anabolism) and boosts the ability to recover deeper and better. So yes you'll notice subtle and slight strength gains with it after about a 5 to 6 weeks. Less soreness, better gains. Out of ten id give it a 6.5 to 7. Nothing special and not a huge game changer. But it kinda helps. And it has zero side effects. It's potency is the equivalent to about 25 to 30 grams of protein as a mps spike. But it doesn't replace protein entirely. It only amplifys it's effects. Best to pair with protein shake or mass gainer shake. I used it for 8 weeks btw. Also look into halo elite by Blackstone labs. That's a really good one. I'm also interested in trying beta ecdysterone.and multiple other of the cool supplements out there

I'll post some good reading links about Muscle Protein Synthesis in my next post for him or anyone to read.

Regarding Halo Elite, it is single ingredient Eucommia Ulmoides. In a lot of the threads he has posted, people have suggested Anabolic XT which is also my personal favorite natural anabolic, and contains the same dose of Eucommia Ulmoides as Halo Elite + a lot more.

Here's a discussion thread if you, he, or anyone wants to read through the feedback: https://anabolicminds.com/community...dcore-natural-anabolic-muscle-builder.330125/

Interesting.

  • What was your testosterone situation going in had you ever been tested? Were you running any testosterone support alongside it?
  • What else were you running alongside MPC-185 full stack context including creatine or anything else?
  • Were you in a deficit, surplus or maintenance calories during your 8 week run?
  • What did your strength progression actually look like week by week specific lifts and numbers if you remember?
  • How was recovery specifically did the reduced soreness stay consistent throughout all 8 weeks?
  • Were you consistently hitting 0.8-1g protein per pound throughout any weeks where it slipped?
  • Did the last 2-3 weeks feel different to the first 2-3 weeks was it still building when you stopped at 8 weeks?
  • Would you run it again and would you change anything about how you ran it?
  • Have you considered stacking it with a myostatin suppressor like PeptiStrong attacks muscle building from a completely different pathway simultaneously?
  • How old are you and how long have you been training seriously?

Just trying to understand the conditions.

What are your go to sups as of now for when you are

Cutting/ fat loss / muscle retention -
Bulking/ MPS / Size -

On the subject of Muscle Protein Synthesis, this is a good resource:

After reading that, one can read the MPC-185 write up with it fresh in mind and it will likely be even more informative:

Also, on the subject of Muscle Protein Synthesis, here is a list of products and ingredients that help support it:
It's important to note that they also work through other mechanisms of action in addition to MPS.

Ive been taking pepti bolic for a few
Months. Stength gains have been fairly steady. I see this supp as a staple. I stack it with recovery fix and the only soreness I have to deal with is on leg day but it doesn’t last as long

I have used both peptistrong and mpc-185, peptistrong better for me if double dosed...mpc-185 I have not noticed anything. I'm excited about the science behind them and will continue to use as you can find them pretty cheap now. Just for me not a game changer.

I think to optimize mpc you need to take it with something like pepti plex

Hate to say it but not much...I think better recovery... see in a couple months where it will hopefully build up

I don't think you're going to notice much from an increase in protein synthesis until it has time to work. Like a 4 week run might have benefit but how could you notice a slight increase in protein synthesis in that time. Over 12+ weeks I'm guessing you would notice it. I took Peptibolic for 12 weeks and noticed that but I think that was the Peptistrong helping recovery quicker. Then over the 12 weeks I noticed just better muscle building and continued better recovery.

Some people may notice a difference a lot quicker, but I agree, 12 weeks is a good starting point for DL-185 and PeptiStrong, and that's what most of the studies are based off of as well.

I've always found it interesting/odd that it's widely accepted that even most AAS take more than 4 weeks to start giving best results and many of the popular peptides take 3 to 6 months to see a difference, but so many people complain if a supplement takes more than 3 to 4 weeks to start showing a lot of difference.

Makes me wonder if i should switch from MPC 185 to Pepti-Bolic I know they have their own kind of execution.

If you're taking MPC-185 and Pepti-Plex, then you're already getting the PeptiStrong too.

MPC-185 is DL-185.
Pepti-Bolic is DL-185 + PeptiStrong.
Pepti-Plex is PeptiStrong + VasoFlo + Apigenin + Senactiv.

Pepti-Plex can be thought of as a natural anabolic muscle builder + healthy aging and longevity.

I agree. Years ago I expected immediate results when I was a kid and thought that creatine or protein was basically a steroid... After years of experience and understanding that progress takes time I understand now that nothing will give immediate results. Even the prohormones that promise quick gains go away just as quick.

Yeah so im wondering is pepti plex + mpc better or is it better just to take pepti - bolic as its like a 2in1, ofc not everything crosses over from pepti plex

Pepti-Bolic offers the convenience of DL-185 and PeptiStrong in one product.

The stack of Pepti-Plex + MPC-185 is like taking Pepti-Bolic + more, and if the goal is weight training results and also healthy aging & longevity results, the stack would be better.

I use Pepti-Plex year round because it helps me a lot with muscle damage issues I have from an accident back in 2022. It's noticeable my level of both pain and mobility in my leg, so its a staple for me.
