When I think back of how crappy it feels to be out partying all day, which usually continues all night and hugging a toilet the next morning, spent $300 and the only thing you got in return was a headache and a empty wallet lol. No thank you.
 
Have you tried doing any avocados indoors before? Always thought it be badass to grow avocados. Think they take a long ass time before they can produce though?

I use to try doing it inside by a window and I could never get it bigger then 2ft tall and nowhere near big enough of a stalk to support fruit. With the setup I have now, I could definitely do it. But it would take up like a quarter of my growth space for a couple of years before it produces fruit so it doesn't really make a lot of sense for me to do it unless I really wanted to as a hobby
 
You absolutely can grow an avocado in a 5-10 gallon bucket that'll get big enough to bear fruit. Especially if you ordered dwarf avocados. Hass avocados grow like 20-30ft so a bucket probably won't cut it.

1ml of that L-Carn blend to get good doses on everything but the Choline. I’d need 4ml to get enough choline for a desired effect, which would be silly and wasteful. You’d need 2ml to get enough choline to really notice it at all. I like 80-120mg depending on how heavy the training is going to be. But I only need 2-500mg L-Carn.

I think I have a bottle of alpha gpc around here that I think is 300mg per cap, I know it's not 100% bioavailable but I believe it's fairly high, like 80% I could always take 1 a hour before I take the pre workout blend? I also have another bottle of L carn with choline @ 100mg/ml

You can order a grafted dwarf tree instead of the pits. The grafted tree will produce fruit on 2-4 years and the tree itself can live to be 30+ years old. If you grow grow from a pit it can can take 4-12 years and it's most likely going to be way more then 4 in a small bucket

For a while my FB was getting spammed by a company that had a hybrid 'hardy' avocado that supposedly does well in our colder climates but I never dug into it any deeper than that.

My wife saved seeds from our tomatoes and tomatillos last year and they are growing like crazy already. She wasn't sure if the seeds would take and now we have like 100 actual tomato plants started lol. I think we usually do like 6-10, so Not sure what we're going to do with the extra 90. we'll probalby just put starts everywhere and see which ones survive.

When I use to start my tomato seeds I would put 3-4 seeds in each pod or whatever I was starting them in. Once they are about the size yours are in the picture I would separate the roots and replant them. If I didn't have time I would just snip the smaller ones so the bigger ones could take over.

This year I'm going to attempt to only buy or start few tomatoes outside and use the best looking one to make clones. Last year I had 30-40 tomatoe plants and they were too close to each other. This year I'm going to train them to climb a 10ft section of trellises so it's like I'm picking tomatoes off a wall instead of digging through all the leaves that grew together covering all the lower ones.

Something similar to this, to line the back perimeter of the garden

That’s exactly what I did with Mike’s carn/choline blend. Took 400mg of l-carn then added a cap of A-GPC with it. Worked great.

Thats exactly what my wife was doing last night when I got home actually. rebuilding our garden and getting that greenhouse built kept me busy in the cold all winter but its letting her get a bit of a head start on things this year safely. we usually start stuff in March and then get one last freeze (we have snow forecasted this week) and end up with a bad yield because we jumped the gun. this year I think if I can keep the deer out, she will be doing really well.

local fisherman gave me like 120ft of his old salmon netting so I can catch deer.

We have this tiny room that is like 4-6ft wide by 10-15ft long where we called it the music room. just an old piano, my guitar, and a dart board. but I keep my still and moonshine stuff in there lol. I'm going to move all that out and try to convert it into a grow room for the winter months for these types of experiments. She kept her maryjane alive all year and brought it to bud but it's super small. I got seeds from that place you sent me and they definitely grew fine, but I think we just didn't care for the soil enough or know what we are doing so we have like 5 plants budding at only around 18-24" tall.

lady down the road from us gave me a truckload of horse manure thats been composting all winter so I amended all the garden beds with that last month. She said her tomatoes grow over 8ft in that ****!! so I'm cautiously optimistic if I can keep the deer out!! had one jump the fence, walk right up to my camera and then peruse the garden like he's on happy hour waiting for the main dish to arrive.

Did some dynamic effort and conditioning work with my class and on to my pull workout. Today was the first time I felt somewhat good working out in the past week or so. Energy levels are still very low.

Supported DB row-50x12, 70x15, 90'sx8
Cable pullover 3 sets of 20
Hammer curl 40's x10,10,16 with some extra cheat reps.
Standing cable curl from the stretch position super set with bent over lateral raises three sets of 20 each

Which basically means nothing's changed in the past 2 weeks when it comes to body weight but again I haven't really been doing much work in the kitchen since I haven't been feeling good.

I've been doing my best to make delicious meals so that I want to eat them lol. I was actually thinking that when I start trying to push again I may use some of those peptides that increase hunger like ghrp6

At least you’re maintaining and not losing weight. Even maintaining weight when you’re not feeling well can be a chore. Don’t look at this as a failure look at it as a small success and push more food as your appetite increases. I’m sure pushing the peptides or even taking some MK during the day will help increase your appetite.

Steaks are always my go to also when I need to eat but don’t much feel like eating, or a big cheeseburger!

Yep roadhouse. And I agree, It's definitely not my #1 choice if I want to go out to dinner, but cost vs quality you can't beat a Texas roadhouse. My buddy works there and so does my son and they both say that they get steaks delivered 2-3x week. It's unlikely a steak is in that building longer then 48 hrs so there always fresh

Agreed! Texas Roadhouse has good, consistent steaks. Not great steaks but good ones and you can’t beat the price. I usually meet up with some guys I worked with before I retired for lunch at Texas Roadhouse about once or twice a month and I’ve never had a bad meal.

Pulled back, No more cycle. I've been pinning 125 test. Probably do that for the next month or so and then something like 600 test, 300 primo and some hgh

Yeah especially if you’re not gear naive. I’m debating on hitting all three trees with Sust / NPP / Primo or Mast + GH in the coming months. Do a solid 20-25 weeks.

Not related to roadhouse specifically... but I disagree that fresh steaks are better. As a matter of fact, when planning a special dinner I'll let steaks or roasts sit in the fridge wrapped in a tea towel for 5-7 days. I'll also look for "old" half price steaks of decent quality at the market. They rarely disappoint. For reference I'll dry age full primals once or twice a year for 7-8 weeks... so I've got no issues with rotten meat :)
 
I order dry age steaks all the time, love it! But if it's not dry age, I'm eating it the day I buy it or the following day. A cheaper cut I will marinate for s few days but that's about it.

I grew up in family restaurants, so I've been taught to turn my nose down at chains vs family owned. But my uncle Tony's dad use to always say....... Where's the line? If we went out to eat, there better be a line at the door. If there's no line, the food isn't very good. Ppl wait for a good meal.

Well, if he's right, then roadhouse is good because there's always a line. But one thing I noticed is there lime moves quick. Even when the waiting area is full it's only like 20min to get seated even when they have told me longer it's never more then 20. And if you wanna sit in the car they will text you. Stuff like that used to irritate me and I would drive to another place but if you think about it, by the time you drive somewhere else go inside ask for a table and get seated it's going to probably be 20 minutes anyways, and what's the next restaurant's busy lol.

Il go in and if the wait is more then 10min il go out to the car and take 2 drags off a joint lol. A couple puffs makes the food taste better anyways 😂
 
Unfortunately/Fortunately, I have to go on a 2-3 week stretch of working doubles and driving all over the state back and forth. I let a lot of money slip through my hands the past few months and I gotta do the old Smont shuffle and get stacked up for my spring project (makeover for my main garden). Lots of these days I'm gonna be working till 8-9pm and to be completely honest, il probably be living on coffee, wraps and protein bars. There won't be microwaves or places to sit and eat other then my car and I'm not gonna sweat it. Il likely loose 5-6lbs and il probably only be in the gym on the nights I train the kids. Il be running a very odd workout program during this time but it's going to be the easiest thing if I just do the classes and make sure I get a big lift in for a push, a pull and legs. (Very minimal)

The fortunate part is when this ends, il have a more open schedule, my cycle supplies and il be coming off what's almost going to be like a 2 to 3 week d load or maintenance phase.

Luckily these job grinds are less and less necessary as I'm getting older. Pretty soon I'm gonna start subbing it out to someone else before these knees can't do the shuffle no more lol
 
First day back on the grind sucked. I had coffee till noon, then a bacon egg and cheese from Dunkin. That was it till 6pm.


From 7-11pm I hade a wonton soup that I loaded up with chunks of chicken breast and I threw a cup of rice in it too lol. Then I had a chicken and pasta meal, then I had a couple Greek yogurt with a granola bar and a banana, and I may or may not have had 12 chocolate chip cookies and 24 oz of fairlife milk 🤷. Probably only got like 160gm protein and 2500ish cal
 
Wanted to share this.

I started telmasartin again, my BP isn't really high, it's actually pretty good most of the time, but I know how I am and I know stress this week will have me feeling a little nutty lol. This time I opted for the telmasartin and cindilipine (I probably spelled that wrong so I'm just going to call it C for this explanation)together at 40/5. It's been 3 days and my BP is between 105-125/75-80 depending on time of day. Picked this combo because the C has the ability to lessen the physical effects of anxiety and stress by lowering heart rate and a few other things (calcium channel blocker)

My resting heart rate has been in the high 70's low 80's. Now I know that doesn't sound amazing to anybody, but I wake up at 88-90+bpm most of the time. The past two days in a row I woke up with it in the '70s.

The physical feeling of the reduction isn't super noticeable but I'm very happy to see that. I'm hopping over time keeping it in the 70's I will reap some of the following benefits

I have good results with Telmisartan, but have never tried Cilnidipine to treat the increase in resting heart rate. Keep us updated.😎👍

I said no what are talking about, did I do something stupid lol, his response was no, you just seem a lot calmer then normal, I was wondering if maybe you smoked before work. Me too. A lot of time il start something new, get some of the effects and then they seem to fade. But this is a pretty significant drop in heart rate for me. Even if we can put all the other benefits I'm hoping to receive to the side, there's a huge benefit to me just having a normal resting heart rate again 😂 it's definitely not very often I feel normal lol

I feel ya bro! I was recently diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and insomnia through the VA. I think that’s a huge driving factor in my resting heart rate and sleep. I sleep decent for about two weeks, then I end up waking up around 3am wide awake and my heart rate is up. This is on off cycle as well so it’s not driven my anabolics alone. Taking telmistartin keeps my BP in range while on cycle but my heart rate is still high at times. I refuse to take any anxiety meds because addiction runs in my family and the last thing I want is to be popping Xanax and drinking bouton all day long 😂😂😂😂

I’ve not tried it during the day, but I have used it in the past added to melatonin for sleep. I’ll definitely try it during the day and see how it does.
 
Now that I'm kinda back in my work Groove I guess I should get back to work in the gym. I been slacking hard in the gym this past week or so. I can feel the lazy growing 😂

When they listed the options for sides it was mostly your normal potato and vegetable options, but cheese ravioli was randomly thrown in the mix lol. It seems so out of place with the other list of side options that I just had to go with it lol. And I'm glad I did because it was a whole second meal basically. 20oz steak and 8 cheese ravioli
