Just ordered these SUPS, are they any good?

As the title says

Just ordered a bunch of SUPS in the hopes of getting any kind of edge

To give you some context.

40 male
5ft 9
27% body fat or there abouts

Only start training properly 2 months ago, 3 days a week, full body, diet on point.

I ordered these items


Just wondering if they are well known and proven or if any of the above should be substituted for something else?
 
Depends on your expectations. I will say I 100% believe SNS/CEL supps are 100% legit. What is on the bottle is in the capsule. Also Steve doses his stuff right where studies did. If your expectations are AAS/pro hormones results no Natty Supps will "work" for you. If your hoping to optimize your hormones and recovery to high normal levels you made a good choice.
 
Yeah im just hoping to optimize my workouts to the best possible as a natty and hopefully with the extra recovery and optimization i may be able to gain a little more muscle or drop a little more fat over the 5 months as to if i didn't take them.
 
I'll tell you from my experience what you could expect. Mtest will raise your natural test production a decent amount. That's good for health, energy, libido, and possibly strength. No magic muscle building or fat loss but over time it adds up. Peptiplexx is good for recovery, joints, and just feeling good. All of that can add up to results but will take time also. I've never taken MPC185 but I did take Peptibolic which is kind of like a combo of that with Peptiplexx and it also is good for recovery and that one I believe helps more directly with muscle building. With all of these things I hope you bought like 3 bottles each because I don't think you'll see a ton in terms of actual results in 1 month.

I also really like Alpha One, Anabolic XT, Basis, or Anabolic Effect as another muscle builder that may also contribute to fat loss.
For a fat loss supplement I like Lean Edge, Cordarine, or FL7.
 
oh yes some of the best sups .. be sure run those products non stop anywhere from 3+months
i think you will be happy with results.

If you’ve only been training for 2 months, shelve all these supplements for another few months.

When you say diet is on point, can you lay out a typical day of eating for us?

I bought only 1 bottle of each for now, but i will re stock later this month, i'd give it a min of 3 months regardless.

I am just hoping that it can help me gain a little more muscle even if its 0.5kg obviously as the result of better recovery, mood, etc.

Also is there anything that actually helps with fat burning that you can recommend?

I would add caffeine, creatine, ECGC, Vitamin D and injectable L-carnitine to run indefinitely. Do 10-60 mins of fasted cardio (incline walking) on non training days. If you wish to save money, wait on the purchased 3 bottles for when you are leaner or feeling pain or lack of recovery (where they shine). If you have the budget, run those 3 monthly. Extra credit for the recommended Alpha One, Anabolic XT, Basis, or Anabolic Effect. I also like Phospatidic Acid and BioPump'd non stim pre workout on training days and a good whey powder.
 
To add to your other post I’d add creatine I take Magnesium Creatine Chelate and it has been great. No bloating, water retention, or upset stomach. You should make it a staple.
