Lean GLP - The Ultimate GLP-1 Supplement Has Arrived

I read the whole thread and didn't see any feedback similar to what I am experiencing. I have been taking 2am and 2 pm for about 10 days now and my appetite has entirely bottomed out to zero. I find myself having to force in food to hit my protein number and then usually 10-15 minutes after that I get a horrible bloating/ GI distress feeling. My speculation is that I am supper sensitive to something in this, I am going to cut down to 1/1 and see if I get a more normal reaction.

It sounds like you are sensitive to it in the sense that it sounds like you are responding super well to it in terms of it increasing GLP-1 levels, which would explain the zero appetite and stomach distress from feeling like you have to force yourself to eat.

I would go to 1 cap in morning and 1 cap at night and see how you like it.

I’m strongly considering a run of this to get my appetite under control. For those who do IF or OMAD, what’s your dosing protocol look like?

My Mom has gotten great results with this supplement. It's been a year since she started. No side effects.

Since this product came out they now have the wegovy pill. I honestly think if you don't want to mess with injections, that Lean GLP is the way to go. Multiple ingredients that hit the GLP pathway and there are health benefits to the other ingredients that you don't get from the wegovy pill.

Such a great formula overall.

I don’t want to mess with injections, nor deal with insurance when I’m not “medically overweight” or whatever the criteria is. Definitely want to give Lean GLP a try and see how it curbs my evening appetite.

I’m on my 2nd bottle and really do believe it helps considerably with appetite. To be a little more detailed, It’s not like a strong suppression of appetite, but stops extra cravings. I’m typically a guy who goes back for 3rds and 4ths at dinner, now I’m content with my 1st plate.

My wife noticed nothing until week 5, then she experienced strong appetite suppression. Seems like 2nd bottle is when it starts to shine.

Thank you for the feedback and the observation.

The when it kicks in strongly seems to vary by the person - a lot of people start to notice a difference in days 7 to 10, but I agree that weeks 4 and 5 is when a lot of people say that it really turns it up a lot.

The human studies on most of the ingredients in it were done on 12 week trials, so that makes sense too.
And the DNF-10 satiety peptides human studies showed the results building over time.

I think something really unique that a lot of people overlook about Lean GLP is that it targets fat loss and appetite control through multiple pathways - blood sugar, GLP-1, GIP, and then DNF-10 works differently than those.

Thanks for the feedback man, I’m definitely guilty of too many servings at dinner
