Congratulations on the PR pull!

TB500 works systemically, but BPC is more local in effect. TB500 pretty much is for muscle and wound healing, while BPC is better for healing connective tissue and targeted anti-inflammatory.

I put BPC in my arthritic elbow, ankle or tweaked knee, whereas I put TB in a strained pec & adductor recently.

Neither compound will resolve something that isn’t actively trying to heal - you can’t heal old injuries with either. But BPC especially can help tame inflammation that may be causing pain, or even the nerve impingement in your case if you could somehow get it closer to the impingement.
So is it better to just pick one or is the blend worth while? Specifically want to try it around the shoulder area to see if it helps. Also because I am unsure, say pinning around the shoulder is it inter muscular, or sub q?

The blend is very good when you have an acute injury or surgery in an area, because it covers all your bases. If you had hurt your shoulder in the gym, using the blend around the area could help heal a partia tear somewhere faster. But if yours is a nerve impingement issue, I really don’t see why you would spring for TB500. BPC should give you everything you can get for just a fraction of the cost (you need a lot more vials of TB500 than BPC to treat things, and it’s more expensive).

Subq or IM as desired locally. Subq is possibly better because it trickles the release a tad slower and BPC is already quite a fast drug as far as metabolism time, but that’s splitting hairs. It’s usually comfier to me IM actually. Just do what’s comfiest near the suspected site.

It’s been really great, she is really getting into lifting and nutrition. Also noticing how it’s giving her more energy and just more confidence all around. Don’t think she sees it as much as I do but either way it’s been a huge win for both of us!

Yes it would be first time pinning myself, use to pinning cattle for all the shots, but I’ll be a little more gentle on myself 😂

I’ll keep updates on how the bpc goes, ordered 2 vials and skin pins.

Of course that opened a rabbit hole in researching all the various peptides and benefits etc. etc.

For instance sermorelin, one tha looks interesting but would be pricey to run that for what the studies have been run for.

I have been really lucky to dodge all the crud going around, except the ear part. for some reason off and on since before Christmas every once in a while my left ear is plugged and it makes me really irritable to be around cause every noise is crazy annoying except I can't hear voices when people talk lol. then magically they just unclog and its all good, never lasts long enough to "do anything" about it but man its annoying when it happens.

Your numbers are crazy proportionate / similar to where I was at basically the same levels. I think when I hit 250 bench I was probably around 275/315 squat/deadlift.
 
You will definitely make the 1,000lb club, no doubt. Big thing is to keep investing in your technique on the squat & deadlift, because keeping the lower body/back healthy is all it takes for those numbers to keep creeping up, and they do it in a big way compared to bench. Learn about bracing and take it seriously, and focus on using training weights you can move well, properly. Don’t race to load the bar; add weight as you earn it by progressively dominating. People think if they deadlift heavier they will get stronger, but it’s the opposite - you get to deadlift heavier BECAUSE you got stronger, because your body had time to adapt to the weights you were using & now it’s too easy.

If you have a great training block and put about 5lbs on your bench, you would probably get 10lbs on lower lifts if they were similarly responsive. So 20lbs added vs 5 from upper body progress.

This is the biggest factor and I have been #1 guilty as charged to loading the bar to much-to soon. With hardly any progress.

So definitely focusing on the key points you highlighted, (already an improvement just in that 10 week block previously).

Having bands now makes it great for warming up getting shoulders and lats warmed up and ready.

Great session higher volume in the beginning has me winded with sinus all plugged.

Also on high alert warm weather the car checking has been on fire. But lately they have been breaking windows. **** heads.

Sioux Falls. Yeah normally winter time they don’t bother walking neighborhoods. But been in the 60’s so they been roaming the last week.

They rotate around 3-5 different parts around the city. I have seen them on my ring camera checking for unlocked vehicles at least 10 times since we been in this place (1.5 years come April)
 
A lot of time they drive around seeing how many cars are outside then they come back 1-4 am car drives down the street and they have 2-4 people that walk down the sidewalk checking, then they jump in the car and hightail.

Yeah it’s sad it actually is a nice place but wrong kind of people make it hard.

But ready to get back to country side for sure. Got to try to build it up and see if the next generation will have any interest in carrying it on.

That’s how it always is - perfectly fine community in a nice place gets overrun with people who apparently weren’t raised with any decency. Then they ruin it for everyone else.

Doing 500mcg a day. Looks like protocols are all over the place depending on what the injury you are trying to heal. So going to run this at 500mcg one vial will be 20 days.

Yeah like last year 8 people murder/homicide. One of them at the local park we used to go and walk all the time (we don’t now) some party/bbq got out of hand and shots fired.

Smash and grabs don’t appear to be drug related. Seems more like shitheads that either should be working or in school and not out roaming all night. Same bunch they follow Amazon deliveries around and porch swipe. I think also maybe why Amazon is doing a lot of deliveries with generic vehicles ( like the ones who deliver for them like a contract deal)

Which is really odd we have had packages delivered at like 10 pm?


So who knows, in about month in a half won’t be a concern of mine anymore.

yeah I've seen 4am to 10pm, I don't like that tbh.

You can probably set that delivery stipulation up on your Amazon account. You can definitely delay orders to later dates and set special drop off instructions as well.

they are dumb. I tried so hard to justify that smart watch I got because it was expensive, but given to me for free when we switched to t-mobile (I had to pick up a new line, but the overall out the door price was still less per month than my old plan) and I started noticing my arm would get carpal tunnel type feelings down the forearm and wrist on that side when I wore it. I didn't wear it tight so even though its a conspiracy theory, I just feel like wearing electronics isn't healthy.

Chest pump was intense. Left shoulder/neck feeling good, seem to have more power coming back.
 
Seated or standing overhead tri ext with elbows pointed to the ceiling. Weight kind of hangs behind the head at the bottom, then locks out overhead.
Powerlifter I use to lift w back in mid 90’s would only do French press on an incline. Never skull crushers. He had a shoulder surgery and his ortho told him it was better on the shoulder joint. Myth?

No idea, but on an incline it would probably force you to use less weight because the tension would be constant on the tricep - which may be easier on it, getting the same stimulus from lighter load?
