Anyone using any home testing products for monitoring Hct and Hgb? If so, any recommendations for these test kits?

I haven't tried them yet but I want to try Rythm Health out. Interested to here other ppls thoughts.

I typically always just go to a labcorp to get bloodwork.

I haven't used them but go with one of the FDA approved finger prick tests. The best ones are probably for people who are anemic since those need to be the most accurate

you can order certain labs at quest without a prescription form their website. i think for testosterone plus a cbc and bmp it may be about $100, plus once you order one test they always send me emails for 20-30% off future labs. lab corp also does this but their prices are generally a little higher
