Okay so...

Cherry Limeade is good, on par with all the other CL flavors out there. Pink Lemonade is spot on to Country Time, but like if you mixed up an extra half scoop of the powder in your pitcher. Not necessarily super sour or anything, just a strong flavor.

Weird thing: CL one left that 'sticky' WPI mouthfeel like the OG IsoPure.... Pink Lemonade one didn't.

So is the logic with these supposed to be similar to having a scoop of amino acids with your energy supplement right before/into training? I really can’t see another logical market for 8g serving of protein…beyond “hey this has caffeine and you believe you desperately need more protein in your diet”. Which, to be fair, it’s probably the latter audience.

I've seen one of their press things that they call it a 'functional energy drink' which makes me wonder if RYSE is trying to kind of sneak in the backdoor of the whole 'functional soda' market thats been popping up. Probably why 'Prebiotics' is on the front of the can.

protein is trendy right now bro. every once in a while I'll still browse the "protein bar" section at the grocery store, look at every single nutrition facts label before just walking over and grabbing a muscle milk or fairlife from the refridgerator area. Not sure I'll ever understand people who grab a bar thats like 25g carbs, 25g fat, and 8g protein and tell me they're eating healthy cause they had a protein bar, lol.
 
I've been hoping someone would post a pic of the glow in the dark shaker glowing. I think they glow really good.
 
Received a case of each this morning - I’m more looking forward to trying their take white ABE as their flavouring is spot on and I want to see how it holds up against a white monster, truly the energy drink GOAT

From a taste perspective the Jack3d tastes like something you’d expect from a convenience store own brand - very lightly flavoured and nothing to write home about.

It’s 160mg caffeine and has nothing else going for it. It’s Jack3d in name only.

A very poor tribute act.

ABE does 200 mg of caffeine, right? I like that it's a smaller can tbh. I personally find their flavoring to have a stronger chemical aftertaste than other brands for me, but since I can usually grab a case at a decent price I do go with them occasionally. So let us know what you think!

Basically this - the slush puppie flavour is brilliant - it tastes exactly like a mix of red & blue like I used to have as a kid and they did well to mask that chemically aftertaste but it’s back with a vengeance in the white version.

It’s drinkable but when you go from slush puppie to the white, it’s strong and it overwhelms any of the citrus flavours you would get from the white monster.

I do wonder if, because it’s a branded tie in, they had to get that aftertaste out before slush puppie would allow them to retail it.

Yea, 200mg caffeine in a smaller 330ml can.

I think the chemical taste may have been the Dynamine. Check the can, but I think they may have taken that out.

They don’t list the ingredients for the slush puppie flavour on their site and I don’t have any cans left but it’s not in the white flavour but still manages to taste chemically

Dynamine was in their drinks at one time and when I tried a couple flavors, I could taste it. I could recognize it from working with flavor systems where we tried to mask it.

I haven't tried any recently bc I won't use any energy drinks with Beta Alanine in them. I hate the tingle feeling, so I either take it every day or not at all.

I tried it not recently had to have been a few years back. I think target maybe was promoting it when it first came out. I don’t think I finished a tub just had something off about the taste.

Appreciate it. I'm not sure I could handle the whey concentrate, ajyway, but at that price it's almost worth a go.

I've been going through my 2 tubs of Rule 1 Source7 Salted Caramel and it's definitely legit in shakes especially combined with chocolate protein, it's good for overnight proats, like it mixed into cottage cheese and yogurt and it's also worked well in a couple of my baked protein treats.

This flavor is a very nice vanilla & cinnamon flavor. Mixes well with just a spoon.

It is delicious, mixes well. I always mix with water and it’s great so far. Thinking about getting another 10 lbs, but there is also a Performance Whey 12 lb deal for $72 also.

Yep their protein powders mix super easy. Great for creami's and mixing in food as well.
 
My latest haul. Had to get another tub of that Rule 1 Salted Caramel protein it’s so good!

Newest haul. Pretty excited because some I haven’t tried yet. The sabroxy, affron saffron and Core nutritionals new Pump black. Was waiting on the new super swole but I liked the profile and when I saw the flavor Texas Peach, I felt obligated.

Let’s gooo. I just got my 3 pack of focus xt and mood support. I love those 2 products, polygala is great too but more subtle.
